So what the hell is the problem!!! Have a republican declare he has switched parties and take the damned vote!!!! What’s wrong with republicans...are they just STUPID??!!!

Please read! There are only 19 Rs. A quorum of 20 is required to vote on anything! There just ain’t enough people there!

Easy there hoss.

A quorum is required by Wisconsin law, meaning 20. There are 19 Republicans. Even if there were 10 Republicans and 9 Democrats, it wouldn’t matter, you still need 20 and that is one more than what the Republicans have.
