the 23 voting for Washington as the worst are probably radical blacks who always bad mouth him because he owned slaves. Of course, the fact that he set them free doesn't mean anything to them.

where is this rag located? Allentown, Pennsylvania, which does not have RIGHT TO WORK. As a result, I'd surmise that the Lehigh Valley is overpopulated with angry, out-of-work leftists whose unions killed any chance of industry thriving there. The bitter anti-business local residents from Allentown and Bethlehem are probably voting early and often in the poll.
