If she's hiring someone from Bob Dole's campaign, she's not likely to be president. Bob Dole's campaign gave us a perfect example of how not to run for president.

Beyond that issue, all of these choices are poor choices. None of them has any real executive experience. All of them really need to stay in their current offices because holding Congress is also very important. If Sarah Palin needs Ron Paul to help her win Texas, then the GOP cannot win the White House anyway.

If she wins the nomination, her best choice would be someone like Tim Pawlenty. He has legitimate executive experience and is from a swing state. Personally, I don't see any way that a Sarah Palin ticket wins, but I would be happy to support her if we reach that point.
