And the US Military and our intel get thumbs up again. I find strange that the Chinese didn’t know if/that CIA could detect them. Was our tech so advanced or did the Chinese let down their guard?
I read something about it at the time. NR or TAS, iirc, shortly after it occurred.
But from what I recall, the Chinese were passing along SIGINT to the Serbs.

The last I read on this subject was a military person in Aviano comment on the ‘wrong maps’ by saying something like, ‘Bull S*^#, we even got the room right’ but when you hear the Chinese admit it, it’s still different. And then CIA said that this is the only target we chose and screwed up. Yeah, OK.

NATO’s military involvement in the Balkans was a geopolitical disaster for the US. Russia was right, Clinton was wrong. May we someday be able to make it up to the Serbians.
Gotta love the spooks’ comment which is akin to “whoopsie, my bad”. They knew what they were doing and people dont realize right after that there was a hacking war between the Chicoms and American hackers immediately.
The embassy still should not have been bombed though.
This whole war was a wake up to how governments exploit war.
Serbia had the right to defend her people and her territory against both the KLA and NATO. And what clinton did to Serbia set us up for unending disaster, from 9/11 to the election of the muslim traitor obama, who continues to sell America out to islam day by day.
