Malt liquor and marijuana -- quite a combo.
Mix in hundreds of thousands of dollars in stimulus money and you've got a project at the University at Buffalo that has raised a lot of eyebrows.
And yes, if stimulus money is being spent -- that means you paid for it.
$390 thousand dollars -- your federal tax dollars -- are going to study the effects of marijuana and malt liquor on young adults.
Test subjects are being paid to drink the malt liquor and smoke the marijuana.

Hmm...I think I’ve seen some of their test subjects wandering about. They generally wear baggy pants, a ballhat turned sideways, and pretty much have been reduced to sub-morons.
And the mating habits of the tsetse fly, Congressional funding of bridges in Alaska to nowhere, Congressional elitist and big dollar travel perks, and an endless bunch of waste they try to keep you from knowing if they can.
I would have volunteered for the malt liquor testing. Perhaps when the whiskey and cigars testing comes around they can notify me.
The federal government isn't content with normal public school liberal indoctrination. Now they have perfected the means of breeding new entitlement program recipients and, of course, future Democrat voters. It's diabolical really. And they make the productive members of society pay for the whole thing!

The important thing is that they wear their pants at least half way down the butt. This is a signal to the police, and society at large, that their ass is prison bound and all set for easy access.

Back in the good old days you had to spend your own money if you wanted to do personal research on methods of getting high. Now you get a gov't paycheck to so it. Insane.
Just watch some pin-headed effete professor attempt to justify this as “important and necessary research.” Well, I guess nobama has to pay back his LIB/asshat supporters in some way. At leas this is somewhat efficient: LIB/moonbat professors get lots of grant money for worthless projects and LIB/asshat students and hangers on get to be high and drunken subjects in the studies.
I was promised answers, but they still haven't come.

Why add stimulus dollars into the mix, all we needed to do was follow the welfare payments.
