Actually that is quite close to what Daniels said on the Laura Ingraham Show about 10 days ago.

I’d like to know what the ‘gay’ republicans stance on conservative issues are, especially:

1) Taxes
2) Government Spending
3) Abortion
4) War on Terror
5) Marriage

If they want to attend, big deal. They are a small group anyway.

Sarah will never be so careless as to call for a “truce” on social issues. She is wise enough to prioritize our Nation’s problems and gay marriage isn’t at the top.

She has made it VERY, VERY clear that she will not and does not support marriage defined as anything other than between a man and a woman.

The rest is chatter in a nation that is on the verge bankruptcy. She is right to focus on jobs, debt, government expansion and terrorism.

Difference between Daniels and Palin, no ONE questions Palin’s social conservatism. She lives her Christian values.

Should she have quoted Lev 20:13 as the proposed governmental solution to ‘the homosexuality problem’?

What response would have satisfied?

That neither they nor CPAC have freedom of association? That CPAC shouldn’t host them? That they shouldn't exist? That they are not or cannot be conservative, and cannot vote Republican? That they are an existential threat to our Republic?

When are Freepers going to be fair to gay People as opposed to gay agendas? I understand the upset at some of this gay group’s platforms, but Freepers sound so anti gay People most of the time with such insults. I imagine that if there were a group of conservatives with Down Syndrome, a bunch of Freepers would be calling them retards and cretins. It’s really unpleasant.

I think there should be fair discussion with any gay conservative about what is a civil right and what is groupthink that would be harmful to the family. I agree with Sarah - freedom of speech is important.
