Dems: Thomas should recuse himself
By JENNIFER HABERKORN | 2/9/11 11:27 AM EST
Seventy-four House Democrats are asking Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to recuse himself from any health care reform cases, citing reports that his wife financially benefited from efforts to repeal the legislation.
The members, led by Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.), ask that he maintain the integrity of this court.
**SNIP**
The move comes after Republicans have floated similar concerns about the impartiality of Justice Elena Kagan, who was solicitor general during the health debate.

Time to look into Ruth Buzzy's health background. She's bound to have something in that century old medical record.

You bet. As soon as Kagan steps down, THEN Thomas can step down.

Anything advocated by Anthony (Tiny) Weiner (D-N.Y.) is a good reason to go play on busy train tracks.

The Dems are, and have been trying to stir up dissent against Justice Thomas as they think he is vulnerable.
Their goal of course to eliminate him, force him out so their Leftist Messiah can nominate a replacement effectively swinging the court to the Left so he can persue his Marxist mischief without fear of the Constitution.

EVERY Justice should be outraged by these attempts to intimidate the court.

What happens if Kagan does not recuse herself from 0bamacare supreme court case? It sounds to me like the democrats will say “tough cookies.”

I remember the point where he answered a reporter's question about his difficult confirmation hearings (lynching) and how it would effect him being able to serve on the court with a comment along the lines of, "It doesn't matter now, I have this appointment
for life.
It was a fine, in-your-face, response to a leftist.

Why? There is no reason for him to recuse himself however both of Obama’s appointees should recuse themselves.

Do it and 2010 will look like a school picnic compared to 2012. America is sick and tired of leftists, progressives or whatever you want to call you communists and we are not going away. So mess with Thomas at your own peril.
