No great surprise here, really; Palin has quietly backed the end of DADT and expressed support for conservative gays and lesbians in the past. Speaking here with David Brody from the Christian Broadcast Network and excerpted by Breitbart TV, Palin doesnt endorse GOProud but does defend their attendance at CPAC, and argues that the value of events such as CPAC is to debate the issues and provide as much information as possible to attendees:

Shouldn’t be. Anyone retweeting Tammy Bruce’s opinion on DADT repeal isn’t going to be a Jim DeMint or a Duncan Hunter type.

Well, Ive never attended a CPAC conference ever so I was a little taken aback this go around when I couldnt make it to this one either and then there was a speculation well I either agree or disagree with some of the groups or issues that CPAC is discussing. It really is a matter of time for me. But when it comes to and David, perhaps what it is that youre suggesting in the question is should the GOP, should conservatives not reach out to others, not participate in events or forums that perhaps are rising within those forums are issues that maybe we dont personally agree with? And I say no, its like you being on a panel shoot, with a bunch of the liberal folks whom you have been on and you provide good information and balance, and you allow for healthy debate, which is needed in order for people to gather information and make up their own minds about issues. I look at participation in an event like CPAC or any other event, along, or kind of in that same vein as the more information that people have the better.
Piss on your cornflakes. You are deliberately LYING about what she said. That's nothing new, of course. You have a real problem, child!!!

“Gee, what a surprise.”
You mean that you posted this article?

So being *against* the homosexual agenda makes one a liberal. Gotcha.
Can you imagine if Romney said that?
THere is a lot I like about Tammy Bruce. But I wouldn’t vote for her for anything.
no I remember seeing and reading them with her words wrote down.
This article is based on nothing, no facts, no nothing, just a hit piece to make Palin look like she is a queer lover
Pissy has a teminal case of “Palin Derangement Syndrome”.
Not the contrast in tone amongst the palinistas to this thread:
Bachmann Will Be the First Potential 2012 GOP Candidate to Speak at CPAC

It's Palin in her own words. LOL
She retweeted Tammy Bruce’s take on those opposing the DADT repeal. That is all you need to know.
no I need to have facts and back up comments , video’s not some hit piece on Palin backed by nothing but what a frigging queer’s comments
So what? I did not agree with Ronaldus Magnus on everything, either. I can live with differing opinions, unlike leftists. You seem to want to reject the 95% right because of the 5% wrong.
As long as the standards of BEHAVIOR in the military remain intact, queers serving will not be as huge a problem as predicted. Not good, but not disastrous.
she is not endorsing the repeal of don’t ask is she?
This piece is pure crap and why the article is posted on here with not much but hearsay is beneath this site.
His name is Dana.
I like Bachmann. I just don’t see someone in the modern era being able to make the jump from the House to the White House.
No candidate is 100% in agreement with my goals and values. Imho, these attempts to use Bachmann to make Sarah look like a weaker candidate are not proof that you have any interest in Bachmann, but rather indicate an intent to show Sarah in a bad light.
