A tragedy. For the individuals involved and for our nation.
That is one of the most depressing articles I’ve read in a long time. These girls don’t realize that getting pregnant almost certainly puts them in a life of poverty.
I graduated High School in the mid-seventies. We had a graduating class of about 400 - not one student dropped out or got pregnant.
And...The first thing the mosques will do is open schools.
Yet...Christian parents and Christian ministers are content to send children into collectivist government schools with so-called Christian teachers who are more than willing to spoon feed godless and depravity to their captives.
A functional family unit gets in the way of the state.
These girls dont realize that getting pregnant almost certainly puts them in a life of poverty.
These things, when not controlled by religion or culture, are the most dangerous things in human history, the destroyer of civilizations.
A functional family unit gets in the way of the state.
The immutable law: We always get more of whatever the government subsidizes.
The success of Islam is directly attributable to the failure of Christianity (of all stripes) to take a stand. The tree of liberty may be watered by the blood of patriots but the body of christ lives by its martyrs.
How do you plan to enforce the mandate? And only for black girls? What about white girls with black boyfriends? What about people who are already mixed-race?
Well done article.
The men in these communities are AWOL. The males wear stupidity and cowardice as a badge of honor. Some men need to rise up and teach these males about duty and fidelity.
This is king obuma’s “army” - a pack of stupid, mad dogs. What a joke.
We have failed these children by allowing them to avoid consequences for their actions - all in the name of feel good social programs. There has obviously been a shift in morals led by social programs and "social justice". Whenever I hear these terms, I cringe in the knowledge that it will remove one more fiber in our society's fabric.
There is no BC that can be enforced - it is immoral and unconstitutional.
The problem falls to the feet of the entire body of christ since nothing else can or will be done.
People are basically good
I’d give him a pass on that. God loves us, and the psalmist says He made us “a little lower than the angels.” It just depends on your interpretation of that word “basically.”
And while it is an assumption underlying some evil isms, of course they’re going to say they assume it...but they don’t really believe it. With them it’s mere advertising, or recruiting material.
I’m confused now. This post appears to be the opposite of your previous one.
I just can’t imagine living like that.
No, YOU can’t, because it hasn’t been in your culture for 4-5 generations.
Good point!
I am a teacher in a rural, low income ( though you would never know it from the clothes the kids wear on free dress Wednesdays, the SUV’s their parent or grandparent on welfare pick them up in) school district.....................we have all the bells & whistles you mention...........the prometheum boards, the endless computers, the tons of money thrown our way................unless you are in the school system you would not believe it.
I think you are a wonderful, caring teacher who is absolutely fighting a losing battle. I cringe every time one of my second graders tells me he or she will be an auntie or an uncle...................
Our country is in a complete freefall and public schools are a tiny bandaid on a gushing wound. I would not send a homeless guinae pig to my school district........
You are probably the only hope that the Nicoles of the world have............
