The BBC's Top Gear has been criticised by the Mexican Ambassador to the UK for a series of 'outrageous, vulgar and inexcusable insults'.
His Excellency Eduardo Medina-Mora Icaza has written to the corporation to complain about the comments made in an episode broadcast on January 30, and demanded the show's hosts, Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond, make a public apology.

Have these guys actually met or seen real mexicans...they work like crazy here in the states

Typical Marxists.....so tolerant of others’ opnions. This guy has a right to dislike Mexican food. Of all the negative things that can be said about the Craphole south of the border, this was pretty mild.
The Mexicans need some thicker skin.

I suppose the Mexican Ambassador wants to send Zetas to the Top Gear set as technical advisers?
To: KevinDavis
I like Mexicans much better than Eurotrash, thanks.

Did you look at the guys in the article? Yeah, I bet they’re real crusaders. And Mexicans are part Spanish, if anyone imagines the late Medieval period is relevant to the issue at hand.

They rip into everybody! It’s part of their schtick.
To: KevinDavis
Pttht I watched the episode the other day where they drove a caddy, corvette and charger in the US and made some pretty insulting comments about the US as well. Didn’t bother me too much.

The guys are dead on here. Mexican food sucks and so does this car. 150mph top speed for a sports car? Ridiculous. My '90 560SEL does that with luggage in the trunk and my wife in the passenger seat. Screw you Mexico. Get over yourself.
This car company is a joke like the country:

150mph top speed for a sports car? Ridiculous. It appears to be a bad copy of the Lotus Elise, powered by an engine from a Ford Focus. 150 mph is pretty respectable, given the hardware (the ridiculous part is the price). One thing, though: for a Mexican car.... c'mon, where's all the *chrome*? It must be intended for the export market.

Touchy, touchy. Do the Mexicans think they rate the same respect as Muzzies? (Of course,if they WERE Muzzies, the cowardly, verminous, PC-crippled BBC would not dare ridicule theme.)
