Do you really think that Kapi’olani would publish a letter from Obama stating that he was born there if their records didn’t show him to have been born there?
Why was the fundraising letter taken out of circulation? And who was responsible for circulating it? Why ol’ Neil Abercrombie of course, he was fundraising for the hospital. And once the news of this fundraising letter went public the hospital was asked to confirm that Obama was born there. They refused to do so and a big stink occured as a result. To raise money from donors promoting a fact that even the hospital will not confirm is fraud.
So is it possible Abercrombie needed to play dumb to give the impression that he did not know that Obama was not born there by raising this whole issue of wanting to get the BC himself and show the whole world. But then he came up short didn’t he. And everyone claims the guy is dumb. Perhaps he was just establishing a defense from a potential lawsuit or criminal case for defrauding donors.

Neither Kapi’olani nor The Queen’s nor any other hospital in Honolulu has ever confirmed that Barack Hussein Obama II was born in their facility.
What Dr. Fukino, the former Director of the Hawaii Health Department has said is that she and the Registrar of Vital Records (Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D.) have seen Obama’s original birth certificate and that it is on file at the Department of Health. She also verified that Obama was born in Honolulu and she said that he is “a natural born American citizen.”
Finally, she testified before a state legislative committee that President Obama had “posted a copy of his birth certificate on his former campaign web site.”
To the best of my knowledge the only Hawai’i governmental official to mention Kapi’olani as Obama’s birthplace is former Governor Linda Lingle.

I think that Abercrombie just needs to call up Dr. Fukino, Governor Lingle’s Health Director and ask her where was it that she saw Obama’s birth certificate.
Here is some information you might find useful:
‘Fukino has been at the center of the birth certificate controversy from its beginning in June 2008. Fuino’s Oct. 2008 press release created more controversy by only stating that Hawaii “has Obama’s original birth certificate on record.”
Dr. Fukino never said that she saw Obama’s paper birth certificate or any other tangible birth document. But the mainstream media, led by the Associated Press, lied to the public by saying that Fukino had confirmed Obama’s birth in Hawaii.
What Dr. Fukino saw was an index record indicating that they had an entry for Obama’s “original birth certificate” in their database. That is what her “on record” comment meant. If Obama was born in Hawaii, then Fukino would have confirmed it.
On July 27, 2009, Fukino issued a second statement, nine months after her first, with no mention of “Obama’s birth certificate.” What she claims she saw this time was his “original vital records on file.”

One more thing. You are probably aware of this already, but for the record, here’s an observation. Since I started reading FR Eligibility threads, I have seen the myth that Fukino claimed to have ‘seen Barack Obama’s birth certificate’ debunked hundreds, if not thousands, of times. She never said she saw Obama’s long form BC, never. That falsehood has been corrected so many times, no honest person would keep on repeating it. Certainly no honest conservative would, and not even an honest liberal would, at this point.
A troll would, though. Trolls don’t care about the truth, or about accurately reporting facts. They *want* to sow confusion and misunderstanding. So of course a troll would put words in Fukino’s mouth that she never spoke, and they would go on doing so even after being corrected countless times. It’s the Big Lie. Repeat it often enough, and someone is liable to believe it.

What needs to happen the high court needs to rule on Obama’s natural-born citizenship status. The birth certificate is possibly irrelevant, considering Obama Sr. was a British citizen. In any event, surely a birth certificate would be produced in the course of discovery for such a case.
That would settle it once and for all, and prevent problems in the future.

I totally agree with your analysis, that it is the MSM primarily to blame for the wrecking ball Soetoro has taken to this country. I only note that he has been as honest as he’s capable of via his books and radical, anti-American associations, in revealing his true feelings about the USA. Namely, he hates it. He has the mother of all axes to grind against this country, and the amazing thing is that he’s made no secret of it.
So yes, the press has a lot to answer for. Hopefully we can hold them to account, repudiate them in 2012, and dance on their economic graves shortly thereafter.

Our biggest problem right now—which the trolls have done a fine job of illustrating—is that conservative politicians and most judges still fear the MSM more than the voters and the shame of doing the wrong/cowardly thing. 2010 should have been a wake up call, but the culture of corruption runs deep. It is so vital to defeat some very high profile RINOs in 2012. Eventually, if we keep handing the their butts on a platter, the remaining Republicans will man up and do the right thing.
As for the occupiers of the white hut, well, that is the exact thing AA and other giveaways breed: ingratitude. If either one of them had to admit they’ve gotten nowhere on merit and everywhere on skin color, it would demoralize them. State regulators fined Kaiser Permanente’s Bellflower hospital $250,000 for failing to prevent employees from accessing the medical records of octuplet mother Nadya Suleman without authorization.
The fine is the first of its kind under new state patient privacy laws that took effect Jan. 1.
A Kaiser investigation revealed 23 employees, including two physicians, at the Bellflower hospital and other Kaiser facilities in Southern California improperly accessed the patient’s medical records shortly after the births on Jan. 26. As a result, Kaiser fired one worker, accepted the resignations of 14 others and took disciplinary actions against eight employees.
