He can’t find any ‘runaway’ poll numbers.

Until some actually announce, the polling will stay similar: Top tier — Romney, Palin, Huckabee, Gingrich.

Once they actually start announcing, then the factions will show who the ‘real’ leaders are.

Remember that McCain was running 2nd and 3rd during the early primaries in 2008. Too bad he didn’t drop out early.

Thank God he didn't drop out, but held on to bring us Sarah. That was the crowning achievement of his entire political career, and the one thing he'll be remembered for.

polling is a political tactic used to defeat your opponent. The democrats want a weak Republican running for President. This is the reason that you will see Romney’s name leading on most of the polls. They want him running for President, much as they wanted Mccain running for President. They do not want Palin running , this is the reason that all the attacks are against Palin not Romney. just a big game! Right now a Palin / Huckabee ticket might be a good ticket.
