A leading member of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt told the Arabic-language Iranian news network Al-Alam on Monday that he would like to see the Egyptian people prepare for war against Israel, according to the Hebrew-language business newspaper Calcalist.
Muhammad Ghannem reportedly told Al- Alam that the Suez Canal should be closed immediately, and that the flow of gas from Egypt to Israel should cease “in order to bring about the downfall of the Mubarak regime.” He added that “the people should be prepared for war against Israel,” saying the world should understand that “the Egyptian people are prepared for anything to get rid of this regime.”
Ghannem praised Egyptian soldiers deployed by President Hosni Mubarak to Egyptian cities, saying they “would not kill their brothers.” He added that Washington was forced to abandon plans to help Mubarak stay in power after “seeing millions head for the streets.”
Oh man. This is .1979 all over again.
Israel could kill 10 million of theirs, and still lose. Israel can’t lost 10 million and survive. Israel is not the only nuke power, maybe Pakistan would fire theirs in suppor. Of their Muslim brothers. Maybe it would be chem or bio attacks... Who knows. All I believe at this time is that Obama would do nothing to help Israel. He would watch.

If the Islamists take over the government, they will immediately realize the same thing that the Iranians realized: The military can take them out. So the Iranians cleaned house while they could. I’m guessing the Egyptian military is smart enough not to let that happen again.
Invading Israel without Jordan and Syria would finish off the Egyptian military.
And our pres says the brudderhood is Ok, as long as they put aside the violence. Yeah. Sure. Will dogs stop barking? Will lions stop roaring? No.
Whenever Mooseslimes start jumping in the the city square and firing AKs into the air, they are already defeated. Something about the jumping deprives their brain of oxygen and they cannot make rational decisions. ala Palestinians, Baghdad, etc.
You're probably right. If they do, they'll ruin the Egyptian army, much like Stalin did to the Soviet army during the purges of the 1930's.
Seeing savages jumping up and down in the streets, yelling and screaming, doesn’t inspire any hope for a democratic, peaceful, cooperative, civilized solution to this mess.
Prediction: Don’t be surprised when magic mushrooms start blooming in the lands of Islam. No, these are not fungi. It is more likely sooner than later.
