Former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson threw his support behind Mohamed ElBaradei in Egypt on Monday, even as the Nobel laureate criticizes the Obama administration for its approach in the region.
Richardson, who recently flew to North Korea on what the White House said was an unofficial trip, said on MSNBC that ElBaradei is the United States’ “best hope” to replace Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, who he said he hopes “goes soon.” He acknowledged that ElBaradei, whom protesters have embraced, has been “taking shots at the United States.”
ElBaradei told CNN on Sunday from his home that President Obama’s approach to Egypt has amounted to a “failed policy” and that it is “lagging behind.”

El Baradei is no friend of the USA!!! Never was & never will be!!! The Egyptian military will stay in control of Egypt!!! If not, the country will collapse from within!!! Richardson, as POTUS Obama, is an incompetent buffoon from head to toe!!!
Why doesn’t Bill Richardson just go and become president of Egypt himself??

ElBaradei = Kerensky, just a transitional figure, until the MB consolidate their power.
In fact, I fully expect The Left to follow Richardson's lead.

ElBaradei is a weak little man...the MB will crush him like a bug when they get ready to take control.

Neither is Richardson. He was about a corrupt as they come.
It will be a very bad sign if ElBaradei gets the nod. Let’s just hope he is a big ego in a situation he doesn’t control.
If Mubarak is Washington’s man in Egypt, then ElBaradei is Tehran’s.
The Administration did. Richardson is a reliable water carrier, and has just enough respect in mainstream circles to be taken seriously. The news/talk shows this evening will hash his remarks out, and pass judgment. If he receives favorable commentary, Obama will move in that direction.
Richardson is just plowing the road for Obama should he need to save face.
Who cares what Richardson thinks!

The confirms it. Elbaradei is the WORST choice.
Is this any degree of a hint that the puppet masters are getting ready to flush OThuga as their scape goat for the results of him doing all they ordered him to destroy?
Richardson is a total butt-in-ski.
He still thinks he is the biggest ‘problem solver’, since HE was the one who spirited Monica Lewinsky out of Washington & found her employment in NYC.
He is a ‘fixer’ in the worst sense of the word.
I wouldn’t trust him to water my horses. Feeding them is out of the question.
