I understand a lot of people who suffer from depression, or other mental maladies, get benefits from various psychotropic drugs -- but it also seems that many of these mass murderers (e.g., Columbine) were taking psychotropic medication.
Yes, the mother deserves the death penalty (Genesis 9:6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.), but I have to feel for all involved with mental illnesses - the sick person, as well as their family. No one really knows how to treat the ailment. They throw various drugs at it - and they adjust the doses and treatment based on trial and error responses. Some are successfully treated ... others end up killing themselves, or worse... Just very sad.

No one just snaps like this - there is either a brain injury, or drugs of some sort involved. She looks awful. She’ll want to die once she’s aware of what she’s done. (This doesn’t mean she’s not accountable for her actions, but there has to be more to it)

I can’t imagine this teenage girl being a problem. It takes hard work, dedication, and discipline to be a runner. Most girls that I know that compete in track are not mouthy. It’s usually lazy kids or kids who have loud MOUTHY PARENTS that are mouthy.

If it were up to me she would be tried and executed within one weeks time. I have no interest in knowing about her mental derangement and motivations. But it won’t happen that way. Millions of dollars will be blown trying her and bringing in expert witnesses. She has just ensured steady paychecks for a lot of people in our justice establishment
