So, what was really up with the televised feed of Rep. Bachmann's State of the Union response?
Our sources tell us that CNN had originally agreed to use the live feed set up by Tea Party Express, which had a teleprompter running on the lens in which Rep. Bachmann was delivering her speech. But, when Rep. Bachmann left the camera set-up and sat in the House chamber to hear Pres. Obama's speech, CNN set up a camera of their own, just off to the side of the main, tele-prompter/camera. Thus, when CNN provided their network feed it ended up skewed and off-kilter.

I just watched the SNL clip and it will not work this time; it is so obvious it is a political set up it is not even funny.

What do you think, do you believe that FOX sabotaged this, so that You-Know-Whooooo, nah ... nevermind, it’s impossible....
The charts showing Obama’s failure made Maddow have the biggest hissy fit. The SNLive skit was set to discredit the charts and her. It is so obvious and it is not even funny.

It does NOT matter what the MSM or the Dims say about Rep. Bachmann, just make sure they get her name right. ANY advertising is *good* advertising for a woman of her high calibre.
Thank you!
>>>> "There's been a lot of attention paid to the camera angle of my State of the Union response. Below is the one the networks should have broadcast; the network pool camera was asked to broadcast via the main camera, but a late-arriving network cameraman set up a very poor shot without anyone else being able to check the angle or the feed." <<<
Bachman learned a valuable but elementary lesson. She permitted the excessive camera angles and in so doing failed to manage the outcome.
Betcha it never happens again, as we live and learn media tactics. Where are “her people” who would have addressed such a camera angle debacle? Does she not have any?
At least CNN covered it. It was news worthy for sure and one notable by its absence should send an alarm.
Chris Matthews Says Panama Canal Is In Egypt.
The charts were clearly very upsetting to the left.
Lots of ridicule over the charts. The message from Congresswoman Bachmann was so clear. Her facts so incontrovertible.
Drives the left crazy doesn’t it!!!!
Does not matter. She was still great!
>>>Would it surprise you to learn that no one at CNN informed Rep. Bachmann the camera had changed?
She wasn’t doing it for CNN- she was doing it for TPX - they should have told CNN -Our feed, or nothing. TPX is the only place to assign any blame for how things shook down. This is what happens when those with little experience in running shows run a show.
I saw SNL last night and it made me furious. Nobody laughs at their bias except leftist. Still I watch don’t know why.
Indeed. Wasn’t there some poll a few years back that showed something like 95% of all idiots in media vote straight commie?
NEVER.
Be ruthless, Ditter.
ANY political party which wants to lampoon Rep. Bachmann's TPX remarks and does NOT find anything outre in those Plaster Of Paris FAKE marble columns that Barry had in Denver.... it doesn't matter what those k00ks say.
Rep. Michele Bachmann is impervious & imperturbable to all that toxic sludge from the far leftie radical Leftists, cuz this isn't about HER, it's about her plans to save this country by turning everything all around.
Just make sure that her would-be detractors get her name RIGHT, okay???? :-)
This is scared of Michele, and it don't matter to her, not any of it, LOL, it's a sideshow, it's a distraction, she has much more important matters, and so do YOU!!!
That can’t be posted enough. Maybe a few videos of Wolf Blister on Jeopardy can frame it. CNN is a joke.
Fox does not allow any tea Party friendly people on Special Report or Fox News Sunday panels
No one "sabotaged" anyone, neither FNC nor CNN.
I'm not any kind of media consultant, or expert. But, as a career Naval officer, I have had the opportunity to be at some press functions when Sr. Command was being interviewed by the media (and on one occasion I was the interviewee). At every event, the Navy had professional officers (or SNCOs) whose sole job was to ensure the press event went EXACTLY as planned - camera placement, lighting, mic-levels even makeup, all handled by DoD. They completely own the conditions of the interview.
How do you let a another camera into a single camera event? Does the White House - in any administration - let some cable operator set up wherever he wants for an Oval Office address? Of course not.
If fault is to laid here, it must be laid squarely at the feet of the Tea Party Express, and probably to a lessor degree with Bachmann herself.
I hope the tea party folks who will be handling the presidential debate with CNN, will be all eyes and ears. They cannot afford to do less.
