They should hold the city officials and council personally responsible because they have allowed the illegals here. Damages should come out of their personal money.
It seems there is cause to act against public officials who allow by their laws the coverup of crimes. No public official should be allowed to hide behind position immunity to ignore crimes, large or small.
Yes.
I just posted the ones in Colorado.
Victims would be wise to sue for the Cities and or Counties for Wrongful death .
So are their prisons full of drunk drivers, or do they only drive drunk in the US?
Maybe one could argue that the illegality of residence in the US as a Mexican national leads to other illegal behavior. Slippery slope sort of thing.
“the law is an ass”.
All four are being charged with the killing of the pedestrian.
While Auroa may be a Sancturary City, Colorado law knows how to treat criminals who conspire to break our laws.
“I live in Littleton/ 0.5 miles from Columbine.”
me too near walgreens. and of course the dednver sanctuary city mayor is now the libtard pro-illegal governor who refuses to say what charities he gives to.
Where is the understanding and multicultural sensitivity? Maybe in their home countries they find it perfectly acceptable to smash people to bloody death with automobiles. New tone??? Let’s have some understanding here.
Criminal impersonation? Sounds like she did a bang-up job of portraying a REAL criminal, not just impersonating one.
And how do you like it that poor little Ms. Wetback-Nolasco has the funds to hop on a plane in Phoenix in order to run from the law? You picked the wrong town to run from, chica!
Must be one hell of an impression, if she's being charged.
This means she impersonated someone for a criminal purpose. I suspect that is related to how she bought a plane ticket to Mexico.
What a rap sheet on this bunch! In and out over the border like it’s nothing but a freakin’ game!
Doing the jobs Americans won’t do.
“Declaring yourself a Sanctuary City is against the law.
No one enforces it.
GOP and dem alike don’t seem to care. “
Indeed. If the House Pubs had any cojones, their budget bill would simply deny Federal funding of any kind to a jurisdiction that has declared itself to be a “sanctuary” for illegal aliens. Same with educational institutions. All quite legal. The DimRats put in these kinds of prohibitions and requirements all the time.
Simple to do. Quite effective. Just takes the will to act.
“Is drunk driving a sport in Mexico? Geez”
I recall that in history, American jurisdictions had laws against giving alcohol to our own Indians (natie Americans if you prefer).
That same blood is predominent with many if not most of the illegal immigrants these days.
Not many generations removed from the Stone Age, either.
Or as they say: nature and nurture
I saw that and was inspired to post about LA; the take over of that city by the illegal alien invading criminal colonists that are supported by high government officials.
The Congress needs to crack down on all these illegal criminal actions of declaring Sanctuary cities.
It's nothing less than aiding and abetting the invasion of our country by those that wish to overthrow our Constitutional Republic.
Thanks to all of you for your responses.
>> Only filthy wetbacks commit those crimes
Mostly, yes. Wetbacks have the motivation to run from accidents they cause, and what the hell, they’re already proven criminals; lawbreaking is in their blood.
So an inordinately high percentage of hit and runs, and drunk driving vehicular homicides are, in fact, illegal criminals from south of the border.
You can run from the facts, but you can’t hide. Everywhere you look, there they are.
DEPORT THEM NOW
>> Only filthy wetbacks commit those crimes, American citizens never do those things.
So, you’re saying their crimes are justified?
Deport them the first time to Mexico and if there is a second deportation required send them to hell from the end of a rope.
A drunk illegal Mexican almost killed my wife and daughter a few years ago.
F’em!
