Mike Evans: This is a uh, not a Hollywood nugget but is is so important I had to bring it to the table. Former United States Congressman from Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie, has been a friend of mine for decades. When I spent time with Neil during the Obama inauguration in Washington, DC, uh, Neil told me that he was gonna run for governor of Hawaii. Neil also told me that when he was in college in Hawaii he was a friend of Obama’s dad. And he remembered Barach – he called him Barry – when he was a kid. He’s actually a very good friend of the President. Neil promised that when he became governor he was gonna cut through all the red tape and gonna get Obama’s birth certificate and once and for all end this stupid controversy.
Announcer: Uh-huh.
Evans: Ye, Yesterday I talked to Neil. Said that he searched everywhere using all of his power as governor, looking at Kapiolani Women and Children’s Hospital and Queens Medical Center, where children were born back in that day. And he said, “Mike, there is no Barack Obama cer, birth certificate.”
Announcer: He’s a foreigner! We knew it from the start!
Announcer #2: Well, I thought, I thought the holder of the certificate said it was locked up and she had seen it.
Evans: Well, the governor w, demanded to see it, went to the hospital, sent all of his people, a search warrant, and he could not get it. Uh, there, he’s really good friends to the President but he says, he thinks this could cause some problems during re-election
Announcer: W Announcer 2: (inaudible) Announcer: Yeah, that’s why he launched the search. He believes it will harm his re-election effort.
Evans: Yeah. Well, I, but he’s a friend of Barack Announcer: I know. Announcer 2: Yes. Announcer: Hey I think in his h, heart and mind he said, “I’m gonna get this, bring this to a close. We’re gonna…”
Evans: Well, that’s
Announcer: “….fix this.”
Evans: And that’s exactly true, I mean
Announcer: Yeah.
Evans: I man, I’ve known Neil for long (chuckles) long time and he
Announcer: What’s
Evans: really, he’s a left-wing nut. I mean, I love him, but uh, yeah, he was, he was, you’re exactly right. He was hoping this would get rid of this problem and that he would prove that he was born in the United States. Unfortunately it backfired on him.

ATTENTION!
Right now (3pm central Thursday) the biggest talk radio show in Wisconsin, out of Milwaukee, on WISN 1130am, host Mark Belling (subs for RUSH) is discussing the BC issue.
He keeps saying it is “BIZARRE” that Obama has not in 3 years time, just shown the damn birth certificate.
He is discussing the Mike Evans thing, where he said one thing about Abercrombie and then days later said, oh nevermind that was all bull.
Mark is saying now, that “this story has now taken on a life of it’s own” because Obama has not produced the BC all this time.
Mark has not said what we know, which is regardless of where O was hatched, IF BHO Senior WAS his daddy, Junior is an ineligible dual citizen anyway. Most people don’t know that is the core issue. I am sure Mark has never looked into the issue as we have...for the last 3 years.
My fear is that they are getting everybody’s attention in this way and then they will show a forgery.
It is absolutely critical that at least one state pass a law requiring the transaction logs be disclosed along with all birth and citizenship records in order for a candidate to be placed on the ballot.
Wisconsin is one of the states that is now (finally) under Republican control. It also has no deadline for introducing bills.
In order for us to keep the Obama folks from coming up with a forged long-form right when the whole country is paying attention, the Obama people need to know that the date of origination for Obama’s birth record and citizenship records, along with the dates they were accessed and/or altered, will have to be made public if Obama runs again.
That is critical at this juncture. We need to keep talking to our state legislators and urging them to pass such a bill. The same kinds of measures can be added to bills already introduced in state legislatures.
If even just the FEAR of such a bill would keep the Soros/Obama thugs from producing a forgery, it would be worth it.
He got a phone call....doesn’t matter....a confirmation of no BC in HI...Tim Adams now Mike Evans...per scripture that is called a witness....it’s worse than we thought...there is no friggin’ BC...he is an illegal alien...

I knew they were invading but, GEEEZ I never thought they would hold the highest office in the land.

Mark Belling is also just saying how odd it is that Obama has not had to ever show a BC before, for all the reasons normal people need to show one during their life.
Mark is neither on the side of Constitutionalists like us on this, or the side that says of course O was born in Hawaii. He is on the side of the MEDIA finally investigating this and O finally putting the matter to rest by providing the BC (the longform).
He has just said “if people have said that O is ineligible, then O should have proved it.” He says how very odd it is (incriminating in my book) that O has not just proved himself. Of course we know he may not be able to prove it, that would explain why he has not. He is counting on letting the 4 years slide by without a major incident concerning eligibility.
Mark is not taking calls on this. He has just said in his opinion, O was born in Hawaii. (I say PROVE IT OBAMA).

Mark is on the fence, even though he thinks O was born there, he wants O to prove it. He seems to be saying that the media has a duty to investigate this now. Of course we know they don’t want to.
“Can you imagine the crisis that would occur should he be proven ineligible?”
He says that having a nut like Biden in power would be horrible,of course. Now he’s speculating on what happens to all the laws etc that O has signed...
Mark is ending the discussion rather quickly, taking no calls.
The lawmakers better be very expicit and clear about no grandfathering in of sitting presidents. Obama would surely pull that one, saying he already is POTUS, so he doesn’t need to show a longform.

I wish I’d have heard that. The other day he was doing the “Oh Sam, you make the TEA partiers look stupid when you say that” line. SGT Sam was saying that zero does not have a long form BC.

I have said this before but it deserves repeating. I am not so sure they will devise a forgery. There ought to be an original long form BC somewhere and who knows how many certified copies thereof. This fact alone ought to scare the hell out of anyone who plans to forge a document. The original or a certified copy may just turn up to blow the forged document and the forger out of the water.

Remember I mentioned the audio I listened to didn’t have this quote. In the one I heard Evans said he talked with Abercrombie’s office.

I think we are moving into a different phase, and Obama’s handlers know very well that state eligibility laws could be his undoing.
Cornering a wild animal is a dangerous thing, but the alternative is to let it ravage the village.
I’m not backing down. We’ve waited 3 years to get to a point where we can actually do something potent, and now that the time is here I say bring it.
Let’s roll.
Somebody else mentioned that also so I added explicit language in my model draft at http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/final-short-form-eligibility-bill1.pdf . I’m hoping people will forward that model draft to their state legislators as a suggestion for them to introduce and pass if there isn’t an eligibility bill already introduced, or to give ideas for what might be added to a bill already introduced.
I hadn’t realized that Nebraska had an eligibility bill proposed until I read it in a WND article. I contacted the sponsor suggesting a couple tweaks - transaction logs and a severability clause - and he said they were good ideas that he would consider.
I think the people who have the courage to bring forward bills like these are looking for the best bill they can have and are willing and eager for any input that can help - and eager for anybody who is willing to help them get it passed.
So we don’t need to be afraid to contact our state lawmakers. They want to earn our trust, especially now. This particular lawmaker realizes that government needs to be credible in order to gain back the trust of the American people. He gets what we’re saying.
I encourage everyone to do what they can. The input we’re giving here is exactly what they want and need to hear.
I think for presidential eligibility, the parents’ birth and/or immigration documents should be provided also.
