Friend says Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie told him there is no Obama birth certificate
The Daily Caller Tue Jan 25, 4:52 pm ET
Celebrity journalist Mike Evans told Minnesotas KQRS radio last week that his friend, Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie, has been unable to find President Barack Obamas birth certificate despite an intensive search.
A group of conspiracy theorists known as birthers have long claimed that Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the presidency because he was actually born in Kenya. Abercrombie, an old friend of Obamas family, made headlines last month when he announced that he was trying to figure out how he could release more explicit documentation of the presidents birth in order to permanently defuse the issue before the 2012 elections. He quickly abandoned his search, however, due to state laws that prevent private documents from being revealed.
There is nothing more that Gov. Abercrombie can do within the law to produce a document, Abercrombies spokeswoman told reporters on Friday. Unfortunately, there are conspirators who will continue to question the citizenship of our president.

By the way, the follow up efforts by Pen Johannson are described in a reply to a comment on his webblog:

voter,
To start with, we are in the process of requesting access to five different sets of records.
1. The written notification sent to Schatz by Cronin per HRS 11-113(d)
2. The posting of a notification of a private hearing
3. An hour by hour account of Obama’s time in Hawaii from someone among the media entourage or local media sources covering Oct. 23rd from 6:00 pm to October 24th at 5:00 p.m.
4. The written response by Obama to the challenge to his eligibility per HRS 11-113(e)
5. The written findings of the CEO after Obama successfully lobbied for his approval to be on the Hawaii ballot.

Interesting to see whether he gets proper responses to his request or not.
What, can’t read???
That depends on the language.
The original story at the link had 7 comments at the time I made my post. Not the story on FR.
Oh! Well that just clears everything up. A guy with a unknown blog has connected all the dots. That is an unimpeachable source wouldn’t you know.
If all these things are taken as true, then what? Once again we have some nebulous hearsay evidence. What is being done with this affidavit? Where are the types of evidence you can take to court. Court is where this needs to go for him to be removed from office.
These people in HI are Obama supporters. They would have no reason to lie and misdirect would they? So someone signed a document stating there is no Long Form BC on file? Why is there no evidence coming out of Kenya? It is a corrupt county. You can bribe your way into anything you want. Where are the supporting documents from there?
Obamacare is unconstitutional. People are taking it to court and proving the case. Birthers are not doing this because they don’t have a leg to stand on. The Birthers are turning into the Truthers with their lack of concrete evidence.
For a real unimpeachable source for what the Federalies look for on proof of citizenship check this out.(page 2)

Obummer has provided the the same piece of paper I use to prove my citizenship. This long form issue is meaningless.

Dear Sir
Your analysis regarding the “typo” (where “through” is misspelled/mistyped as”though”) is in error.
“The fact that the same typo remains on this second version is an indication that it was not independently published but rather amended, suddenly. The fact that there was a typo, at all, in both versions indicates haste on the part of the DNC.”
That particular typographical error has existed in the DNC’s certification since at east the 2000 presidential election. It was in both the Gore 2000 and Kerry 2004 certifications.
Gore: http://www.scribd.com/doc/19712995/Gore-2000-Cert
Kerry: http://www.scribd.com/doc/19712996/Kerry-2004-Cert

(And to the above comment posted below his analysis on his blog, the author responded how? Oh, wait. He said nothing.)
One of ES’s main missions on FR is to p*** on anyone who considers the ineligibility of 0h0m0 to be worth looking into or questioning. Apparently heysean thinks so as well.
Guess I’ll check his posting history, never noticed him before. I noticed quite a few names of people who rarely post, all of a sudden p***ing on the hugely numbers of eligibility threads; now that the dam is bursting. Hmm.
Heysean claims he’s been on FR for seven years, has a signup date of a bit more than 2 years ago, and has less than a page and half of comments.
If you scan through his comments, his actual POV becomes crystal clear.
A couple of neat points:
1. He thinks 0bama care isn’t “that good”, it’s watered down so it won’t be very popular, doesn’t do much for the little people.
hahaha
2. People shouldn’t lump the small minority of jihad loving Moslems in with the rest of them who are normal people that don’t like jihad.
He’s a troll.
It was a million quite some time ago.
I love you too, man.
Like ignoring the Constitution?
People don't riot in the winter. They're going to riot eventually when the fedgov can't afford to pay them for not working, anyway.
The violation to the Constitution as now a precedent is infinitely worse than a few riots.
Yeah, less than a page and a half in more than 2 years.
Rolling_stone, this guy is a troll. Check his posting history and what he says.
Could you explain a bit for those who didn’t hear?
A strange bunch of fairly recent signups, and some quite old, all of a sudden p***ing on these threads.
This issue really disturbs them.
Just letting you know I never read the steaming droppings you leave on FR.
