It’s working out perfectly. It is not a loud boisterous movement at the forefront of politics. It is rather a slow low keyed effort percolating in the background that is causing states to create birth certificate requirements prior to the next election.
If Obama was ejected today over the birth certificate issue the riots and mayhem would be extremely distructive to our country. This heads him off before the next election.
I hear your opinion and reject it. What other parts of the Constitution do you want us to ignore?

Sounds to me like a setup. There will be a big thing made of no birth certificate and then...miraculously, just before the election they will find it.

No!!! In 2008 the Democratic Party of Hawaii refused to certify Obama as constitutionally eligible for the office. Nancy Pelosi had to step in and signed a CON stating that he was constitutionally eligible (what evidence does she have that the State of Hawaii does not???). And due to a provision in the Hawaii election law, the Chief Elections Officer Kevin Cronin (who previously worked in Wisconsin in various elections) had the ability to settle disputes and made the decision to put Obama on the ballot. So one man ultimately made the decision to put him on the ballot. Question: Is this guy a Obama/Soros plant having come from another state prior to the 2008 elections? Of course in 2009 he resigned from his position as CEO.

You folks keep saying how he isn’t a citizen. If so, why has all the digging and investigating brought no evidence forward in three years? Why has this whole thing gone absolutely nowhere? The Birthers keep telling us that there is a smoking gun but the only evidence seems to be rumor and innuendo manufactured by the left. At the very least there should be states passing certification laws for Federal office holders but there are not. This isn’t the walk and chew gum argument. This movement is developing into a Truther thing based on hopes and wishes. Where are the facts?

Beyond that, I’ve seen nothing conclusive to say if he was born at home, in Washington State, in Canada, in Kenya, adopted, had a father other than Barack Hussein Obama, Senior, had a mother other than Stanley Ann Durham, or whether he is still legally an Indonesian citizen.
Or whether Stanley Ann Dunham had a legal marriage ceremony to Barack Hussein Obama, Senior either before or after 4 August 1961, and if so, where the marriage took place, why she chose divorce when an anullment was proper. Comparative DNA samples with Obama’s Kenyan relatives would answer only a few of these questions.
It is clear, however, that if his father is legally Barack Hussein Obama, Senior, then he is not a natural-born citizen as required by the Constitution to be President of these United States.
This is about weather or not he's a "Natural Born Citizen" as required by the Constitution.
Ole' Barry had told us he was a dual citizen from birth. A born British citizen, inherited by birthright from his foreign father. A "Natural Born Citizen" of the U.S. can not also be a multi-national citizen. It defies the very understanding the framer's had of NBC, and why they put that specific requirement in for the Commander in Chief.
Oh, and to suggest that this issue has "gone no where", is to simply ignore the real world. Have you not read the news of the many states that are in the process of passing "eligibility" laws? Furthermore, there are countless American's who have awoken to the history of the founding era...myself included. That in itself is a major victory for the Constitution and Conservatism!
The Alinsky tactics you displayed on this thread, have backfired on you and your buddies. The issue is still around, in fact...getting more press now than ever before.
