This heads him off before the next election.

I'm not sure it does though, because the COLB that's already been released is perfectly legal in HI, no? I think even IF there was a "long form" certificate someplace, how many people here would call it a forgery once it was released? Many have already implied they would. It's been a non-starter from the beginning. There are so many legitimate things to attack him on currently - the birther thing just seems like such a desperate stretch and such wasted time and energy to me. I know I only have one birth certificate, and if people wanted me to provide two, I couldn't do it. *shrug*

I hear your opinion and reject it. What other parts of the Constitution do you want us to ignore?

No!!! In 2008 the Democratic Party of Hawaii refused to certify Obama as constitutionally eligible for the office. Nancy Pelosi had to step in and signed a CON stating that he was constitutionally eligible (what evidence does she have that the State of Hawaii does not???). And due to a provision in the Hawaii election law, the Chief Elections Officer Kevin Cronin (who previously worked in Wisconsin in various elections) had the ability to settle disputes and made the decision to put Obama on the ballot. So one man ultimately made the decision to put him on the ballot. Question: Is this guy a Obama/Soros plant having come from another state prior to the 2008 elections? Of course in 2009 he resigned from his position as CEO.

True; but it's not just the BC; school records, passport records, any paper trail of his early life, and he's spent a lot of money to keep them all secret. Why?

The reasonably sounding, ol' tiiiiiiiiiired pre-'10 election argument is being repeated here for the umpteen time. It's already refuted by the '10 election results, which confirms that people, especially FReepers, can walk and chew gum at the same time.

Trying to pooh pooh evidence of hiding life records of this ghost of a POTUS is disingenuous to say the least.

If you believe in the Brilliant One, where are his education records that would have been shoved down our throats DAILY?

Are you at all interested to see whether POTUS ever graduated from Occidental and Columbia Universities with any grades that are worth acceptance in Harvard? Or, is it all right with you that a foreign student backed by Communists and Islamic money became POTUS IS a possibility?

Please answer the above questions instead of drive-by posting.
