By Danny Yadron Republican congressional leaders say they have no problem with Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann giving a response to President Barack Obamas State of the Union address Tuesday night. But they point out shes not delivering the partys official reaction That privilege was given to Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan, one of Congresss biggest budget hawks. House Speaker John Boehner and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell announced Mr. Ryan on Friday, and hours later, Ms. Bachmann, a favorite of the tea party crowd, said she would give her own response, live-streamed on the Tea Party Express website. The Bachmann speech wont start until Mr. Ryan finishes, a Tea Party Express spokesman said. Still, Ms. Bachmanns address underscores the division between the Republican establishment and the partys activist wing. We at the Tea Party Express felt that the tea party movement needed a strong voice in Washington, and to know that our views are being heard no matter what President Obama says in his address, the groups spokesman, Levi Russell, wrote in an email. At least parts of Ms. Bachmanns speech will be carried on network television. GOP Leaders: Bachmanns Speech Is Not the Partys Response

In destroying some ideology, politically of course,
you must totally take away any power they have over other people.
This MUST include removing the ABILITY (positions of power) to ever attain that power again.
We have to get this feral gov’t dismantled.
I don’t think it is inappropriate...she is another voice in the mix. She likely will NOT be refuting Paul Ryan, but standing up against Obama.
Paul Ryan is an excellent choice—I respect him very much, but I don’t think Michelle’s opinions are to be dismissed either.
That's what we really need here.
Rush is on tonight? Where? Golf channel?

I think I just heard on FOX news that Cantor has said there will be no bailouts and no bankruptcy for states.
Stuart Varney says it opens the door for backdoor bailouts.
I hope I heard wrong.

Feral is the correct term. The bureaucrats is D.C relish their brutal control over our lives. The laugh as they regulate us into poverty.
Dismantling large portions of non-Constitutional agencies is key in restoring our Republic. However, I seriously doubt much at all will happen to turn us towards Liberty. The GOP leadership will do what only begins to appease us (conservatives) and not what is truly needed.

Yeah, I agree with you, there's nothing inappropriate with the TEA PARTY EXPRESS asking Rep. Michele Bachmann to give a response to BHO's SOTU.
I think it's wonderful that what otherwise is a "TURN OFF THE TV EVENING" will metamorphose into hours of commentary on Ryan & Bachmann.
And really, the only inappropriate response is the obvious hostility directed towards Rep. Bachmann for accepting a speaking engagement on the TEA PARTY EXPRESS website.
Not that any of this silly bickering about her will impact her or her platform & goals even one little bit, LOL - but really, it's about time that the LIBERAL MSM don't own all the airwaves all the time, right?
I understood it as an observation of the GOP and their “official”Party politic. I am not interested in what McCain—or any other incumbent politician has to say— they say one thing to get elected then they cozy up to the Democrats-and live in their Log Cabin fantasy world. I want to hear Ms.Bs comments-regardless of if it is the “official”crap.
Thank you for the heads up!
The she'll wind up out of office and irrelevant.
>> Paul Ryan was graded higher than Michele Bachmann from the National Taxpayer Union <<
Please don’t confuse us with the facts. We don’t need no stinkin’ facts!
Well....obviously the Democrats are afraid of Paul Ryan. In this article, he is already being referred to as the Democrats’ new “chew-toy.”

Again, both responses will be good. Both Michelle and Paul Ryan will elucidate the common sense of the conservative solution. And the more people hear it....the better.
I emphatically disagree with you, but I presume that all the far left leftie libbies of the MSM will quote your sentiments many times tonight.
Rep. Bachmann accepted a speaking engagement from the website of the TEA PARTY EXPRESS and although Mr. Chrissy "Bo-Tingles" Matthews will throw a hissy fit, as he very honestly hates Rep. Bachmann, millions of conservatives are interested in hearing BOTH the GOP response from Rep. Paul Ryan and also the SOTU response by the founder of the Tea Party Caucus, Representative Michele Bachmann.
LOTS of people don't particularly care for Michele Bachmann, it doesn't phase her, this isn't a popularity contest, it's not about HER, it's about conservative principles, NOT the Cult Of Personality.
