Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi'olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.

I think that with the recent polling figures of congress and the distrust that the American people have of politicians on both sides of the isles. Taken along with the divisions between the tea party and the liberal / socialists .. congress may well have a hard time governing with all the protesters lining up on capital hill.
It wouldn’t just be the TEA party .. the socialists would come out as they did for Obama’s inauguration. Mix the two groups together and I do not see such an orderly outcome as you envision.
They reported a birth but not where it occurred or who the baby was.
If you read that in the context of the previous paragraph, you’ll see that this is another case of him relaying what he was told by his supervisors. Second hand.

We are looking at opposite sides of the eligibility coin. Your position if I read correctly is that we in the public have to prove Obama is not a citizen. Without any verifiable birth record(s) this is a insurmoutable task, unless a birth record from some other country is exposed. I believe that Obama and his enablers are playing this side of the coin e.g.not only are his USA records sealed but also records of other country’s like Kenya.
I believe my view on the other side of the coin is the Constitutional and valid side. I don’t know of any case where or when a birth record is required to have a right to access some activity or government position a person can claim such right by just saying ‘I’m me’. The Constitution explicitly requires that the POTUSA be a ‘Natural Born Citizen’. Like anyone else,except up to now, the burden of proof is not on the established requirement but the person seeking to fill the requirement. If the intent of the Founding Fathers of this Nation for a Contitutution with a check on Government power and authority were being done today, the Congress and Supreme Court would be forfront on their oaths to uphold and defend the Constitutution for all citizens. Obviously such is not the case on this issue.

In the ideal world you might be correct, but we are no longer in the ideal world. Remember, Bill Clinton lied in his deposition to the courts but most folks didn't care, because he lied about sex. Perceptions are far more important than reality in this world. If the voters think there are more important issues in the country they simply aren't going to be patient with someone badgering him about his birth certificate.

Well, if it was a trap, the GOP successfully navigated away from it and won 63 House seats. Maybe it was a good thing that they avoided the trap. If they hadn't, we might still be talking about a Speaker of the House named Nancy Pelosi.

Not much of interest, just that you are for the first time posting about 0bama’s eligibility and that it is of less than no importance, just when the dam is busting open.
And a few other things that popped out.

I read the whole thing, but he was a supervisor himself. In other interviews he states that he looked for the documents himself i believe.

IIRC, when this link was posted on FR, the hits at YouTube were around 250. Now, it's 11,664.
Most of the lawsuits against obama were based on him not being a natural born citizen( his father not being a citizen). regardless of what obama has said or wrote , without a certified copy of his birth records , there is no proof that can be held against him.
With the latest news about the governor of Hawaii being unable to find a copy of obama’s records ,it appears that obama was born in “Kenya “ and we will never see a CERTIFIED birth certificate form Hawaii , because there is not one.
