We are looking at opposite sides of the eligibility coin. Your position if I read correctly is that we in the public have to prove Obama is not a citizen. Without any verifiable birth record(s) this is a insurmoutable task, unless a birth record from some other country is exposed. I believe that Obama and his enablers are playing this side of the coin e.g.not only are his USA records sealed but also records of other country’s like Kenya.
I believe my view on the other side of the coin is the Constitutional and valid side. I don’t know of any case where or when a birth record is required to have a right to access some activity or government position a person can claim such right by just saying ‘I’m me’. The Constitution explicitly requires that the POTUSA be a ‘Natural Born Citizen’. Like anyone else,except up to now, the burden of proof is not on the established requirement but the person seeking to fill the requirement. If the intent of the Founding Fathers of this Nation for a Contitutution with a check on Government power and authority were being done today, the Congress and Supreme Court would be forfront on their oaths to uphold and defend the Constitutution for all citizens. Obviously such is not the case on this issue.

In the ideal world you might be correct, but we are no longer in the ideal world. Remember, Bill Clinton lied in his deposition to the courts but most folks didn't care, because he lied about sex. Perceptions are far more important than reality in this world. If the voters think there are more important issues in the country they simply aren't going to be patient with someone badgering him about his birth certificate.
