>Obama has one ace in his sleeve for this: he was duly elected, and he can say that it’s not HIS fault he wasn’t verified — that it’s Pelosi’s fault, because she ultimately OK’ed his eligibility.
>This is a case that could be argued on Obama’s side, preventing him from any impeachment. He never swore he was eligible, did he?

Not quite; here’s the oath of office for President:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

The continuance of [knowingly] acting as President, though Constitutionally ineligible, would NOT be preserving the Constitution; in fact, given the high esteem of “precedence” in our judiciary, it can be argued that it is the active destruction of the Constitution by invalidating it’s requirement of Natural Born Citizen without any valid amendment.

And if he told Race Bannon that he was born in Mombassa, that means he knew he was not Constitutionally eligible and thus perjured himself when he signed an affidavit for Arizona saying he WAS eligible.

I would so love it if Arizona got to deliver the coup de grace on the unconstitutional reign of Obama the illegal alien POTUS (if he hasn’t naturalized). lol.

No, even in that Presidential oath he does not have to swear that he is eligible. Swearing to uphold the Constitution? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Reid and pelosi swore on it too. No one appears to care.
