No, even in that Presidential oath he does not have to swear that he is eligible. Swearing to uphold the Constitution? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Reid and pelosi swore on it too. No one appears to care.

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Is this considered owing allegiance to the US for treason purposes? If he is a plain old illegal alien does he owe allegiance to the US for treason purposes?
