If that's the case, you can bet the farm that it will be a high-tech forgery, already prepared and all bases covered, including a string of willing accomplises who will vouch for its "authenticity".
There's NO DOUBT in my mind that if he were in fact a Natural Born Citizen, and IF his father identified on the Certificate IS Obama Sr., then it would have been produced already. ONLY if it's a forgery, with extensive fraudulent cover-up and supporting phoney evidence already in place, then it would be made available.
How about un-sealing all the records he immediately sealed on Day One when he took office, so his past travels, funding, citizenship, grades, etc. could be made public, so we could find out who this Usurper really is?
Let's take the chance. The last minute doesn't really count, and they need to be put on notice. Anything that shows up after mid-summer 2012 would be an obvious attempt to pass off a forgery before it could be reasonably examined by people who know how to do such examining.
But that aside, I don't think Obama & Co. are clever enough to come up with the whole phantom strategy to tantalize their opponents.
