RUSH: I've been sitting on this story all week, purposely, just to see where it would go. And it has grown. This governor out in Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie, a well-known socialist, by the way, longtime member of Congress, now the governor of Hawaii, eally stepped in it earlier, well, I think it was not even this week, it was last week. The governor, Neil Abercrombie, some time ago said, (paraphrasing) "Look, I was there when Obama was born in Hawaii. That birth certificate, it exists. Everybody knows it. I was there when that kid was born." Turns out he wasn't there, and he admitted he wasn't there. He was there in spirit. He was trying to say he's that certain. See, he thinks that Obama ought to just get this off the table. Abercrombie is worried that this birth certificate thing is going to be a lingering problem heading into 2012. So Abercrombie, big friend of Obama, tried to step in there and head this off at the pass. It turns out he can't find the birth certificate, the governor of Hawaii cannot find it. It's just a notation that somebody wrote down.

I don’t know where they are or how you can access them, but Obama’s first Executive Order didn’t seal them. That’s a fact.
WND broke a story earlier today that showed two long-form Birth Certificates (for Twins), provided to the Mother by Kapiolani Hospital in Honolulu.
The Certificate number is systematically formed from this sequence as follows:
It should start in the numbers 151, which is federal code for Hawaii’s birth certificates, a dash, then the year of birth, followed by the birth order number.
The Twins were assigned the following birth certificate numbers to their certificates (see WND article above):
151 – 61 – 10637 and 151 – 61 – 10638
As you can see, the birth order is in sequence according to the time of birth. One Twin was born shortly after the other, resulting in the two birth order numbers sequentially.
Obama was born before both the Twins (the day before), yet his birth order number is 10641 (going by that number, Obama would have been 3 births later (10638 + 3 = 10641).
Factcheck.org set out to prove the critics wrong by saying their staff evaluated Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth (short-form) first-hand and took pictures.
If you view this image (from Factcheck.org), you’ll now see the certificate number is no longer blacked out. It was always blacked out when posted on the Web, for whatever reason.
The new version (apart from the first one posted on DailyKoS and Fight The Smears) now had fold lines. It also contained a Seal (latest revision), whereas the first version did not.
The three issues above were a major concern of critics at the time back when the contraversey was in the early stages (see example).
There is no doubt in my mind that the Certificate of Live Birth is a forgery based on all the glaring research and the fact that you can create a certificate in 5 minutes that looks identical to Obama’s certificate.
So, in my opinion, I believe Factcheck.org researched (or whoever they were/are working for/with) how certificate numbers were constructed and made the necessary adjustments, but was it the correct adjustment on the latest version of the forged cetificate (there were 3 versions of the same forgery)?
In order to get more insight to this, I set out to see how I would derive a certificate number for Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth.
First, I’d search for a Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth to see what a number looked like. I did this, and found one right away:
(Obama’s first verson had no Seal as this one above. He still doesn’t have a version with the stamped signature showing thru as this one does. Notice too, this one has the crease lines - Obama’s first two versions did not)
Notice the “birth order” number here is 10259. It would have to mean that 379 births (10638 - 10259 = 379) occured between May of 1930 to that of August 1961. From that we can conclude an average of 12 births per year (379 / (1961 - 1930) = 12.22).
From an average of 12 births per year, we can conclude an average of 1 birth per month (on average). With the Twins, Obama and the 3 between (according to birth order numbers above), we would have 5 births in one month! If you take away one Twin, then you have 4 in one month - still 3X the computed average, which is possible because the 1 per month is only a “flat average”.
What is the possibility that Obama found a Certificate of Live Birth from 1961 (or his team - Rockefeller, Soros etc.) and “guessed” at a number in close proximity before doing the 3rd and final Factcheck version of the certificate?
I’d say the possibility is quite high considering the order number is clearly out of sequence. I do know, that early in the contraversey, someone pulled out their 1961 long-form birth certificate from Hawaii and put it on the Web. If someone was searching around that time, they could have found that number and went from there.
If anyone out there was born in 1961 - have your long or short-form with the certificate number, let’s see it? It’s possible that the next number in sequence could be for the following month (or even the one after that) according to the computed birth averages above.
Based on this analysis, it seems to raise even a bit of more suspicion for me. If Obama’s birth order number would have been before the Twins (as he was born before them! according to the dates), then I’d be less suspicious, but this out-of sequence also resembles the potential Selective Service forgery as well. If you’ve been following that, it too is what appears to be a blatant forgery. It too has the numbers somewhere in the ballpark, but doesn’t match up correctly.
We (most of us) already know about the Nordyke twins and the irregularity of the numbering sequence.
What I’m saying is that the number on the COLB is supposed to tied to the original birth certificate.
If they can’t find the original birth certificate the COLB is fake. The COLB is supposed to be generated from the “non-existent” long form.
If even 2 major battleground states were to pass and enforce such a law, Obama would produce the docs necessary...or he would withdraw.
Another reason that this is not likely a rope-a-dope is that Obama’s people have been looking at ways around the natural born citizen issue since 2006.

Yes, but what are those policies and procedures? Hawaii allows parents to register children born elsewhere as born in Hawaii. Si the “original” she says she has seen could have been a Canadian b.c.

Yeah. I agree; but those of us out here who are asking “what in the h-e-double hockey sticks is going on” are not in the “big shot” position to get it done. Those in that sort of position have acquiesced to him, evidently
“assuming” all is kosher in that regard - even Republicans. It’s like nobody wants to rock the boat of the “first Black President” for fear of Civil War II starting with riots in the ghettos. If he’s not legal, he ought to be OUT; and that should have been determined from the get go. Certainly RINO’s aren’t going to buck him.

Right now Obama cannot prove he meets the Constitutional requirement to hold the office.

The Democrats and Obama are not going to get by with continuing the game of hide the historical documents. Everyone knows that the Rinos lost control over the GOP with the Tea Party at the local, State and Federal levels.
If the Dems are really sure that they have been committing fraud, they are going to want it settled a year before the next election and Obama replaced by Hillary or someone else. In my opinion, Abercrombie just let Obama and donars know about the problem and the DNC’s determination to stop the ruse of re-election fraud by Obama.
Obama, on the other hand, I think, plans to continue the re-election ruse to shake down as much money as he can from donars between now and when his poor health indicates he needs to bow out of a second term. He can use this money to be a player when he gets out of office. Dems want that money going into DNC election coffers.
Obama’s interest conflicts with the interests of the DNC who wants donar money going to the candidate they plan to run in the election. Obama announced his goal of raising a billion dollars for his re-election a few weeks ago... The DNC, through Abercrombie, is warning Obama and donars of the constitutoinal problem. They don’t want to totally expose the constitutional problem, however, and cause a constitutional crisis while the Kenyan is in office.
For the DNC and Rinos the ideal would be for Obama to gracefully bow out of a re-election bid at the right time and forego a lot of fraudulent fund raising before a conservative legal confrontation happens that exposes the fraud.
Neither party wants to deal with Obama causing a constitutional crisis nor do they want to risk crimes of their own fraud being exposed. The Tea Party has made a mess of this “bi-partisan” fraud against the American people and Nation. These politicans all told themselves they were above the constitution.
They always tend to give you the most bland, legal response that did not answer your question but was technically the correct response to try to make you go away and not bother them.

I won’t disagree with that.
Every manual typewriter has individual characteristics. Forgery experts would check the forged document against typewritten documents from the HI DoH from the same time frame. Each typewriter is individual. So the forgers would have to find one of typewriters that had been used in that office in 1961, for one thing. Ink and paper can be checked chemically so they’d have to be from that era.
And all supporting files and archives would have to be changed.
It’s a huge job and unlikely to happen.
