It’s not new. Democrats use human shields to push every piece of big government legislation they propose. It’s just unusual to find someone like a Neil Cavuto to call Democrats on it. Fantastic ands funny … it’s your Cavuto moment of the day.

The noted constitutional authority Sheila Jackson Lee comes on the show to defend her statement that people will die if Obamacare is repealed. In doing so she brings her own background … held by a staffer … in what could be called either a laugher … or a trend? The problem is with the background. It is a woman in the hospital being treated under Medicare … not Obamacare, and Cavuto calls her on it. Good job.

Is there a law that forces people age 65 or over to take Medicare benefits? Now for most people that age, private insures will not accept you for primary benefits only supplemental benefits so most of us have no option but Medicare.

But some people need no insurance. Does Warren Buffett rely on Medicare or does he self insure? Do retired members of Congress rely on Medicare or does their self designed benefit package aside from their full pay for life also include a full Cadillac Plan health insurance package for life?

Will Shelia Jackson Lee ever need to go on Medicare?

Remember this is the congresscritter who allowed a woman to stand p and speak to her townhall meeting attendees during the summer before Obammacare was enacted and allowed this person to state she was a doctor and espouse all the benefits of Obammacare. This congresscritter knew the woman was not a doctor.

Sheila Jackson Lee is an embarassment to the state of Texas. She's not above doing anything to get what she wants.

I loved the Midnight Trucking radio show out of Dallas recalling
the good Congress-Lady’s visit to NASA and asking “Where’s the American
Flag?” while viewing the rovers on Mars.

I can’t believe this lady and many others of every background are
