She must be a liberal. The very idea of texting, not paying any attention to where your going, fall into a fountain and then sue. I hope the judge laughs her out of the courtroom.

The fountain was obviously in a texting path. The mall layout was obviously negligent, performed by architects and designers with no texting experience. Everyone with any relationship since the mall’s planning is liable for this horrific experience. The court should assess punitive damages for the gall of not foreseeing tragic incidents like this.
