On the one hand, the firing of Capt Owens is a steaming pile of PC horse sh*t. It's bad enough that one officer is losing his career over these videos.
On the other hand, why should he go down alone? If this guy was his CO why shouldn't he be held to the same standards Owens is?
They should be held accountable. Military Officers should not engage in this type of behavior. Leave it to the NCO’s, and I mean that in a good way. This stuff is healthy, but it cannot come from the officers, IMHO.
Just another distraction. These guys knew (or should have known) better, and they know what to expect from our system. Live by the sword, die by the sword ....the USN in particular always, ALWAYS thinks that producing a corpse will get the heat off. And more is ALWAYS better.

I’m sick to death of moralist blowhards who patronize our servicemen. If they are willing to stay up at night for us while we sleep soundly in our beds then I don’t care if they watch the occasional “Debbie” flick.
ABC/NBC/CBS/FOX has some borderline ‘lewd’ stuff during prime time too, in my opinion, and that includes some commercials as well.
