Men fought the state's 30-year-old gay adoption ban and won
A homosexual Miami couple has officially adopted two brothers in a case that overturned Florida's three-decade ban on gay adoptions.
Martin Gill and his partner were the boys' foster parents for six years before the adoption was finalized Wednesday.
Gill and the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit against the state, calling the ban
unconstitutional. The 3rd District Court of Appeal agreed in a ruling last year. The state decided not to appeal. Gill said he is thrilled they are "officially a family in the eyes of the law."
The prohibition was enacted in 1977 and court records indicate it's the only law of its kind in the United States. \ The Department of Children and Families changed its forms so adoptive parents aren't asked if they're homosexuals.

Two more souls now lost to a sex deviate indoctrination agenda.

How sad for the children.

Where in the Constitution is the right to take possession of other people’s children?

Sort of like a lot of decisions, they’re based upon the state’s actions first. By permitting unmarried couples to adopt, they opened the door to homosexual adoption.

The Constitution doesn't say many things. For instance, the Constitution doesn't make it illegal to murder, or molest children for that matter. The Constitution is designed to restrain barbaric behavior on the part of the Federal Government. State law and police powers are designed to restrain barbaric behavior on the part of indivdual citizens. Unfortunately, one such law was overturned by the gay-loving left in America's legal system. Those children should not have been fostered in a gay home to begin with.

The state decided not to appeal That's the way to stand up for the non-deviant citizens.

I have made up my mind—homosexuality is neither a birth defect nor the result of a defective upbringing.
It is a means to POWER real all encompassing POWER—Totalitarian Leftist POWER that makes anyone not like you fear you!
That kind of POWER at the cost of a little deviant buggery and fellatio is a small price to pay for many aspiring match box dictators.

will humiliate these boys for life If I knew those boys, I'd give the oldest one a gun for his birthday. I'd explain to him at one point or another that if he or his little brother were being molested, he would have an absolute right to defend himself, and his brother. The court would understand, I'd tell him. And, of course, it would understand and those two kids would be free of those pedophiles.
When adult male perverts want to adopt boys (have you ever heard of them wanting to adopt girls?), they are doing it for exactly the same reason the Taliban has an interest in young boys. Only this is America and we can stop it here.

Why didn’t they travel to a Moslum country and adopt, I’m sure they would have received better treatment.

A white gay couple and two black boys. Information not mentioned by the media.

"Prayerfully, not lost, but certainly in danger."There's NO WAY children in a home "parented" by two sex deviates can POSSIBLY grow up to be normal, well-adjusted, morally focused citizens in the future. It guarantees problems in the future.

The Department of Children and Families changed its forms so adoptive parents aren't asked if they're homosexuals.
So...two guys or two girls show up to adopt a child and the homosexual question is not asked. EVEN IF one was to accept the liberal premise that a gay couple could make a family for a child, how could the state determine that they were a "family" without discovering the relationship between the applicants? Are they neighbors? Drinking buddies? Prison pen-pals? Who cares, here's the kid. Sign here.
In order to protect the feeeeelings of a liberal favored class, the best interest of the child is demoted once more. Political correctness is a malignant cancer.

I didn’t say there wouldn’t be problems but homosexual “parents” do not guarantee homosexual children. If the adults keep the children from societal influences, then that might be a guarantee. It’s a morally horrible and unnatural situation for children; I’d hoped that Florida would stay the course.

I’m so old that I remember when the best interests of the child were considered in adoption decisions, not those of some politically active “couple” accessorizing for their lifestyle.
