Every state should immediately pass lesgislation barring any presidential (or other) candidates that cannot demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the state, that they are constitutionally eligible for the office which they seek. That will end this debate once and for all.

Governor Lingle misrepresents Dr. Fukino’s statement here. That also caused much controversy, and would seem to indicate she has seen the long form, which would record the place of birth. The two versions of the Certificate of Live Birth (which can be issued on the basis of a statement to authorities, and which does not even mean that a birth necessarily took place in Hawaii) which have been published do not contain anty information on the place of birth.
Has Governor Abercrombie asked his predecessor for help in finding the document?

It’s a CERTIFICATION of Live Birth that has been shown via JPEG,
NOT a Certificate of LB i.e. a Birth Certificate.

I thought it might be news to you all that the morning of 1/19 at around 6:30 am radio host John Gambling, a total anti BC guy brought up this story and said, “what should we think now?”, I said to myself, that it is about time.
Ya know, for the normal in person request for getting a signed and stamped copy of an original BC, it doesn’t take more than 5 minutes and a $10 bill. Why, pray tell, has it taken three plus years (I suspect closer to back to the late 90s) and a team of investigators for Hussein’s and a cover up wasting millions of taxpayers’ dollars?
