Good question for the sitting justices and any future nominees. Do you think that it is your duty to uphold the constitution? If so, how do you affirm that the president elect is in fact qualified as required by the constitution before you swear him in as our next president?

Why is it cowardly? The justices have nothing to say or do. Neither does congress for that matter. Bambi has sullied the Presidency and the state of the union speech will be nothing but dirty lies told by the _resident. Why should the justices (or even republican congressmen) lend their own credibility to that lie fest. If I were a congressman the only event for Bambi that I would attend is an impeachment.
