Another young product of Columbia J-school, another typical MSMer . . .
Appearing on MSNBC's Daily Rundown today, NBC reporter Domenico Montanaro spoke of "the egregious Lee Atwater."
What made the insult particularly . . . notorious is that it was entirely gratuitous, utterly unrelated to the subject at hand. Montanaro was reporting on the fact that Reince Priebus is the youngest RNC Chairman since Atwater. Montanaro first refers simply to "Lee Atwater," but then pauses and rephrases as "the notorious Lee Atwater." So Montanaro went out of his way to swipe at the late Atwater, who at the end of his life famously apologized for his tough campaign tactics.

Young NBC reporter gratuitously slurs late Lee Atwater as “the notorious.” Ping to Today show list.
Lee Atwater died the day after Anoreth was born, and a good thing it wasn’t a day earlier, or she might have been named Lee Atwater (Lastname). 20 years on March 28.
This explains their fear of Sara Palin.
Looks like Domenico must have received a thesaurus for ‘late December Holiday that happens on December 25th but is not Christmas since it would be wrong to celebrate a holiday against such a polarizing figure day’.
What does this twerp have to say about Mary Matalin's hubby Serpent Head?
If he lives to be a hundred he'll still be a punk.
Go to the Babelfish website, select the “Translate from LibSpeak to normal English” from the drop down list and enter “the notorious Lee Atwater.”
Voila! your translation appears.
“The Highly Effective RNC Chairman, Lee Atwater, before whom we libs are powerless and totally unable to counteract his actions...run and hide, run and hide!”
</sarcasm> [maybe...]
Atwater may have been a snake as a person, but he was THE best at what he did. His pre-death apologies might well have been for some personal stuff, but not his hard-ball tactics. The Dems never saw a Republican who operated like that, and couldn’t handle it.
Carville has been pretty quiet lately...
Loved Lee Atwater...
Too bad he isn’t around today.
The left is happily stepping up to identify themselves as our worst enemy, advising us to ignore them and destroy them as soon as possibile.
