Honestly I dont see what the big deal is. There are plenty of other forums for them to go to that actually look like they were coded in the 21st century. This “forum” doesnt even have an EDIT button for Christ’s sakes!

Myself, I've always been partial to the lashing out blindly approach and it's been pretty beneficial.

Just as an example, I learned the basics of cabinetmaking in my most recent work-release program.

Wasn't there a Freeper several years ago who bought a weekend banner ad (for Free Republic?) that appeared on a prominent liberal website, as a prank?

If you start banner ads here, that will give the likes of HuffPo and DailyK a forum to put a message on your site, just like that Freeper did a few years ago.

I posted the FREEP-A-THON LINKS on my own, without asking Jim. He posted the mail received by some members on his own, but I don't think it was for the FReepathon purpose, but I sure hope it turns out that way!

There is really no need for our FReep-a-thons to take weeks and sometime a month or a little more. If every regular user would donate monthly like you, it would go a long way to eliminating FReep-a-thons.

I’m sure usernames and IP address logs have been searched/compared and the troll is identified. Jim is a classy guy, and won’t divulge that info. He’ll let them out themselves, wish them well, and ban their a$$.
