Rasmussen’s Presidential Approval Index (PAI) of today Sunday is -14, which means there are fourteen percent more people who strongly disapprove of Obama’s work than those who strongly approve of the President’s work. Today’s numbers are based on polling of the last three days, i.e., the three days following the Tucson speech of Wednesday evening.
Obama’s minus fourteen percent in today’s (Sunday) Rasmussen Presidential Approval Index is worse than yesterday’s -12, following Friday’s -13. The last PAI number based on pre-Tucson speech surveys was Thursday’s -11. This shows that Obama is actually doing worse following his speech. In the four days following the shooting yet before speech, Obama’s PAI went back and forth between minus- twelve, thirteen, minus- thirteen, twelve. This is interesting considering that in the final two pre-shooting numbers of more than a week ago, Obama got a minus eleven.
Bottom Line: The shooting, as of today Sunday has not enhanced Obama’s numbers; not even by a dime. It in fact relapsed, according to Rasmussen
And yet stupid Repugs want to do a kumbaya moment with the Democrats at Barry’s SOTU address next month. I can’t stand those phonies!
This was supposed to be Obama’s “Oklahoma City bombing” moment to connect with the American people. The Democrats had been eager to have such a moment of crisis happen, so that Obama could show us he feels our pain and all that. But it looks like this didn’t work out the way the liberals had hoped.
But see what happens with gun control and treating mental illness, etc. As Rahm Emmanuel would say, don’t let a crisis go to waste. I expect the Democrats to use this crisis into the future as reasons for pet causes such as gun control.
Knew it wouldn’t last. I hope a majority of Americans found the rally aspect of the “memorial” service as disgusting as I did.
More evidence that Liberals, MSM, and the Regime didn’t get the message sent by We The People on November 2nd.
The MSM and politicians in DC (and elsewhere) would be wise to admit to themselves that the American people aren’t as stupid as they had hoped. The Sleeping Giant is very awake and will be wide awake through 2012, 2014, 2016, and forever after. We’ve learned our lesson the hard way. Our children and grandchildren will be paying the price for our stupidity.
I’m more disgusted with Republicans falling all over themselves to show how nice they are to people who just slimed, blamed, libeled and slandered them. No good deed goes unpunished!
I called my Congressman’s DC office on Friday to express that November 2nd should have been proof that We The People didn’t send them to DC for a love-athon with Liberals.
One good reason I’m not watching that kumbaya lovefest next month. Glad I don’t have TV reception in my neck of the woods!
If you are a lving, breathing American and....you don’t have Obama’s flim/flam act and jive in tune, then you are a blooming idiot!!! He is a man, a human being, of little substance, little caring (other then for himself), no vision, anti-American, a socialist, if not a communist, and...his speech in Tucson impressed no one other then the state media idiots and their walk along pundits and politicians. The street smart folks see through his scam, sham the very first minute (How’s them “made-in-China DNC Tee shirts doing”)??? The Obama mantra now ignites no one positively at all except the braindead or foolish folks!!!

This is the first post-Christian memorial service I can recall. They didn’t have a priest there because that would have offended the Left.

Good point. Having that "medicine man" whooping it up was certainly creepy. I bet that the Judge who was killed on his way home from daily Mass wouldn't have appreciated it.
