“The Woman on Pier 13”. Good movie about commie influence on the Longshoreman’s union.
Robert Ryan as the good guy, Thomas Gomez as the commie, and Laraine Day and (hubba hubba) Janis Carter.

Thanks for bringing this up again - it looked familiar but full of great points. Especially in light of the commies taking over Congress-critter’s town halls meetings lately.

I missed this thread when it appeared.

Thanks, Megs.
I learned the diamond tactic the hard way.
This is excellent. The link, however, does not work.
I’ve seen it in action and because of this post I was able to defeat it!
We had a land use hearing near here which was tied to properties like ours that are near Yellowstone Park. Just like in your post there were people supporting the Park Service’s proposal and they were all around the crowd. I made a point of standing up and taking a picture of each of them as they spoke and then I asked them who they were and where they were from.
When the pinhead who was moderating tried to shut me up I told the crowd that these people were a bunch of fakes pretending to be local to try to convince us to shut up.
The meeting went to hell after that and the Park Service’s idea to turn our lands into ‘habitat corridors’ died as it should have.
Wow. What a surprise. Glad I ripped it and posted it here.

These techniques were used inside mainstream church denominations in the 1990s and 2000s to help the Left take over and impose their gay and radical left agenda.

I observed the tactic for real at a town meeting for Congressman Roe
The dispersion provides a false view of numbers

Thanks
interesting
I am bumping this important and informative post from 2011 because lately I am seeing the tactics outlined in this post being used on Free Republic.
More and more I am noticing that if I post a response or a critical comment to a pro-Russian or pro-Putin FR account I am not getting a response from that account.
Nope, instead I am getting a chorus of other accounts responding to the comment as if it had been posted to them.
The glaring detail here is that the intended recipient never responds at all.
I am seeing this in my posts today (feel free to see for yourself) and the pattern made me recall this informative post from 2011 by combat_boots (hat tip!)
In short, the more these people try to act like a chorus the more I am starting to think many of these posters are the same people pretending to be a crowd.

Thanks
