...Toward the end of the town hall meeting Saturday morning, one of the shooting victims, J. Eric Fuller, took exception to comments by two of the speakers: Ariz. state Rep. Terri Proud, a Dist. 26 Republican, and Tucson Tea Party spokesman Trent Humphries...

I had the misfortune of spending a portion of my military career in Tucson, at Davis-Monthan AFB. Tucson is located in a beautiful area and the weather is gorgeous from October through May.
Unfortunately, as the home of the University of Arizona, Tucson is also the state’s most liberal city by far, long dominated by Democrats and their local party organ, The Arizona Daily (Red) Star. Even in the mid-90s, crime was worse in Tucson than Phoenix. I lived in a middle class neighborhood about 10 miles from the base and almost every evening, police helicopters were circling overhead, trying to find the latest felon on the lam from Dupnik and his Keystone Cops.
Tucson has been need of a political enema for years. Congresswoman Giffords isn’t bad by the standards of the Pima County Democratic Party. Unfortunately, that’s damning her with very faint praise.
The nut removed from that town hall is a poster child for the Democratic base in Tucson.
Sounds like the liberal Sheriff, the Dems and their media have incited violence by BLOOD LIBELING the wrong perps.
They will be held responsible if anything happens to one of our guys.
“Non-deep pocket with a lot of heart. Began life as a computer operator, military service leading to non-physical disability, unable to resume career, left main stream and lived in small towns for a decade studying library books and piano, moved into Tucson in 1994 and worked as a Chauffeur for most of 10 years, presented state-wide initiatives at libraries, worked elections, in 09 worked at the Census Bureau as a field rep and a clerk. Non drinker for one year, non smoker for 40 years.”
Read this carefully, it tells you everything you need to know about this leftist tool. He has a non-physical disability through the VA, he dropped out for ten years reading books and playing the piano, he makes an issue out of a year long sobriety and he worked for the Census in Tucson.
These loons profiles are just like a bad novel and there are way too many of them.
I have no idea.
Remains to be seen. I'll withhold my vote. This guy is working real hard to be in the story.
I know what you mean. I live up in NE Arizona and very seldom go to Tucson. Maybe three times in the past 19 years. I have always found it to be a weird place. I don’t know why.
The local CBS affiliate has equally memorable call letters: KOLD—in a city where the average daily high during the “monsoon season” is usually above 100—with 60% humidity or greater.
“....Guy looked drunk or drugged to me....” Don’t worry; that’s just normal for commie libtards. That’s their “standard issue” look.
My husband lived on the east side of Tucson for seven years (Speedway and Camino Seco). During that time, a TPD policeman was caught burglarizing a home - he was part of a ring selling stolen electronics across the border.
Some Tucsonans take pride in the fact that organized crime members winter in the city, as if the mob members were local celebrities. It seems they want to be the San Francisco or Berkeley of Arizona.
I always liked visiting there - it’s sad so many people live on Koolaid and Skittles down there.
“Fuller, who said he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, is a disabled U.S. Navy veteran.”
The VA will just up his meds...and all will be well. This was just a little setback. Besides, I am sure he doesn’t want to do anything to mess up his monthly disability check.

KIndred spirits and an opportunity to advocate my personal agenda promoting social justice and common sense.
Areas of Specialty:
I use extraordinary persuasive charisma to interest blase, apathetic, oblivious and at times hostile voters to listen to the voice of justice and consanguinity. My experiences encountering public figures and many affluent travelers in person has led me to believe that we all are to blame for George W. Bush.
As Plato stated, “The penalty that good men pay for not being interested in politics is to be governed by men worse than themselves.”

LOL! One of them is into artsy fartsy “hypnothoughts” and one is into “lucid dreaming”. Both of these jokers seem to have a problem with reality. I guess that is how it is when you’re a liberal loon. Both, more than likely, voted for Giffords and Obama. I’m think I’m starting to see a pattern here.
Apparently, he is getting an evaluation. I hope they are able to help him through the process of the trauma. He’s entitled to his views, but his behavior is a definite indication that he needs some assistance. I’m not going to ridicule the guy, he’s been through a terrible ordeal. I hope after some counseling, he will be able to see things clearer and gain control over his emotions and trauma.
Whatchawannabet that, after some counseling, this putz still hates conservatives -- with a red hot fury.
Fuller's actions were driven by his liberal beliefs, not by any trauma (which couldn't have been all that serious, if he's ambulatory a week after the event).
Don't I know it! I lived in the Phoenix area from 1999 to 2010. I'm now back in Northern CA (the real NoCal, not SF or SAC), and have almost acclimatized to the cold.
I believe his views will be the same, but I think he had less control of himself because of the trauma. I’m not defending him as I believe he’s reponsible for controlling himself. But, it’s hard to believe that an ordeal such as that would not have a huge effect on someone for some time without working through it.
