SandRat,
What is a “chest rack?”
Not a day goes by that I do not think about all the stuff our guys and gals are doing over there. Often really tough and dangerous work to say the least. And now it is cold.
In this use I don’t know, in another venue if I said I’d be violating FR rules.
Well,,, this is Afgarbagecan, so we’re not talkin’ ‘bout Pamela Anderson! Wonder what a “chest rack” is though.
