Bob Ward is sad. Very, very sad. “Why won’t anyone listen to us any more?” he wails at the Guardian’s Komment Macht Frei.
One or two helpful commenters have tried to explain the reason. But unfortunately, as Richard North has noted, at Komment Macht Frei freedom of speech is not encouraged. See how many of their comments have been deleted.
Poor Bob isn’t the only victim of “Climate Change” apathy. Ryan Maue at Watts Up With That has found numerous further heart-rending examples of green activists who just aren’t being listened to any more.

Several weeks ago, while fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, so tragically polluted by BP (but even seniors must eat and we haven't all that much time anyway), my carbon-emitting fishing boat was overheating. Sure enough, it was dead penguins clogging the seawater intake. Later that day, as I neared the beach, I was overwhelmed by an awful stench. You guessed it, O'Malley. A dead polar bear had washed up, practically on my dock!
Later that evening, I was forced to consume my oil-coated catch. Of course, the oil came from a damned BP spill.(Bertolli Prodotti).
You deniers just don't care. It could have been a woman, a minority, or even a child, who was forced to eat that fish. For his own good, I had to forcibly tear it away from my own starving grandson.

It doesn’t really matter if no normal person is listening. The ruling class has made up its mind and the radical left of the ruling class holds all useful levers of power in the US in this regard. The EPA is setting up the infrastructure of cap-and-trade as we sit here typing.
I don’t know of any significant EPA regulation that has ever been reversed—no matter how bad or intrusive it is.
