Levin says he will sue if anyone makes any libelous accusation against him for being complicit in the murder of anyone.
"I'm going to drag your ass into court," Levin said.

I have been crossing my fingers since he made this challenge yesterday that some Lib would spout off so Mark can sue the hell out of anyone who slanders or libels him. Go Mark.
As an aside, where you have “Video at the Link” is incorrect. “Audio at the Link” is more appropriate.

Mark Levin can do all the dragging into court he wants, but he would face two major problems suing Chris Matthews.
First, as a public figure, Levin would have to prove malice, an onerous burden for a plaintiff.
Second, he would have to prove the fact that Chris Matthews has the intellectual capacity to distinguish truth from falsehood. Tricky proposition, that.

It really bugs me when people who are trying to make points I agree with sully their arguments that way. Especially when they are exceedingly shrill doing it.
