I have never thought Krauthammer was a conservative so I’ve never been disappointed by what he says. When someone exists inside the beltway and rubs elbows with them their liberalism rubs off.
The speech was good. The crowd was stupid. He said nothing bad and not much will be remembered. The thing that grates on my nerves is some of his mannerisms——nose up in the air and his cadence at times that sounds like a preachers. I am at times waiting for the fire and brimstone. LOL.
I don’t if Fox personalities have been falling down on their head, causing extreme stupidity over the last year but, my list grows everyday of people who cause me to change the channel.
Sadly, Charles just made the list.
I’ll take Rush over K any day of the week.
IMHO - It was like a Teacher punishing the class for one Student's misdeed. Then again, half the class (The Libtards) have been blaming the other half while they were the ones throwing spitballs.
There is an argument that the speech had some expected applause breaks, which tells me this was a Campaign Stop for Obama. I didn't watch it because I would have to buy a new TV, but that is what I understand.
I also heard that Governor Brewer was booed by the crowd when she tried to restore dignity in the room. Is this true?
The issue is that Obama didn't do anything to shut those idiots up, This was a Memorial, not a Celebration. When Obama is caught off guard, he doesn't know how to get off the script he intended to read. Uh, uh, uh, fix the TelePrompter Corpse Man.
Did Obama use a Teleprompter? $40 to FR is riding on it.
Kraut is way out of touch with reality.
Rush is right.
I don’t know if anyone here is in LA and listened to KFI this afternoon when Bill Carroll was explaining what Obama’s speech was. He got it, even though Krautie did not: the speech was filled with Buts.
Each time that Obama said something like it not being the rhetoric that caused this tragedy, there would be a little But, in which he’d negate the previous phrase. It was a very trickily written speech in which everyone would be fooled I to thinking he was being nonpartisan.
Bill Carroll said he was fooled for about 5 minutes. Krautie was still strapping on his presidential kneepads an hour later.
He’s probably pining for a job an MSNBC.
Krathammer, the ultimate elitist, views people by the college they attended and the style with which they speak rather than the content of their speech.
He has become increasingly boring.
Charles, the liberals in this country have a condescending view of you, and everyone who disagrees with them. Your friend is Limbaugh, not the liberals.
Sure glad Krauthammer wouldn’t stoop to being condescending.
I had already pegged the guy to be a major Climer when he stated Obama’s speech last night was very good.
B. S.
Kraut and his sidekick Tokyo Rove are so irrelevant.
I almost threw up listening to Krauthammer slobber all over Obama last night. He is a lib in his heart.
Seems a few of them got a shot, maybe they thought they were getting a flu shot, and instead got some sort of “compliance drug”. CK and a few others act like that is what happened. Very uncharacteristic.
Here’s the thing about the conservative elitists... they eventually fall into the elitism, they have an elevated opinion of themselves, they think that if they stop supported X candidate that the world will stop but here’s the thing: there have been plenty of treasonous ex-conservatives who fell in love with themselves and eventually went over to the enemy, and you know what? Nobody cares, conservatism is as strong as ever. Liberals are a dime a dozen in the elitist circles and the hoi polloi get bored with them awfully fast.
I have no interest in anything Krauthammer says. He’s just a male Kathleen Parker now.
CK blew this analysis. Rush is right on in his assessment, as usual. Perhaps the liberals with whom CK associates weren’t “slobbering” but the typical liberal commentators to whom Rush was referring absolutely were “slobbering.”
If anything should happen to any of the Palins, Rush or other conservative voices, it can be laid right at the door of the alphabet media, the Chicago hate mongers, and Obama, who has been the most divisive President ever.
Charles has made some good observations in the past, but he is an intellectual elitist who identifies with those he considers in his league academically/intellectually--i.e. he is something of a snob--has always been. He condescends quite often.
