I am well aware of what is written in SR 511 and it is factual but nothing in the Resolution supports your crackpot theory.
You have been saying that it is a ‘crackpot theory’ to have jus sanguinis citizenship. Your whole argument has been up to this point that just being born inside the United States is enough to be Constitutionally qualified as president. Senate Resolution 511 doesn’t mention jus soli birth inside the United States. You as a stupid troll talk out both side of your donkey ass.

These same donkey asses would have been clamoring about McCain's unconstitutional office as president if he had won. And knowing how easily our government is susceptible to Saul Alinsky tactics, court standing would not have been a problem. We would have likely gotten the Supreme Court ruling on who are natural born citizens.

All of the above is hornbook and well settled law. IF a case gets before Scotus with your crackpot theory as the issue before the court, it is a 9-0 decision against the theory. Scotus already has denied cert in at least 5 cases where this was the issue because for the Justices it is decided and well settled law. There is another case that cert was denied on Friday and will be announced on Tuesday. The birther losing streak continues.

First of all troll, you misinterpret the 14th Amendment. The 14th Amendment is an act, legislation put forth by man. Its prime purpose was to naturalize former slave of these United States. In other words, they were naturalized by law.
2nd, in noway does the 14th Amendment modify the natural born citizen clause in Article 2 of the US Constitution. The clause is referencing natural law which is totally different and distinct from laws passed by man.
There are different ways to become a NBC. One who is born in the USA is a NBC, so is a person born to citizen parents in France. It doesn't matter, One is a jus sanguinis natural born citizen and the other is a jus soli natural born citizen.
You combine them both jus sanguinis and jus soli and you a natural born citizen. Separating the two will lead to split allegiances where 2 nations have claim of the person. You cannot have split political allegiances at birth and still be a natural born citizen.

Okay, more good points. I’ll just add this. What good does ‘getting in their face’ do? Yes, I know Obama commanded his Obots to do that. But he was speaking as the only thing he’s ever been: a community organizer. A community organizer gathers his minority posse and ‘gets in the face’ of, for example, a white banker. They make life so hellish for the target that he/she capitulates, as it were, to blackmail. The only reason this works is that leftists in the MSM and elsewhere have imposed PC to such a degree that ‘rich’ white people/businesses have no recourse.
By contrast, ‘getting in the face’ of ordinary people peeves them off (if you get my drift). As soon as they figure out why you’re in their face, they take the opposite position and order you out of their space. So it is totally counterproductive and, to be blunt, just plain STUPID.
