Mark Knoplfer's solo song A Night In Summer Long Ago has some pretty violent imagery, and Brothers in Arms references weapons in the title.

This guy needs to be locked up 'til he gets his mind right.

What ever happened to Mark Knoplfer? The dude fell off the face of the earth along w/ Dire Straits.

Did they just get tired of writing/touring? Lost the creative edge and thought it best to hang it up?
