This is not the entire segment, but he sure shows his contempt for your average American with his "I'm tired of hearing about the Constitution and 2nd Amendment" rant.
He says we need to ask the NRA on why this shouldn’t stop anything they want to do, says NRA should change their name to the “Assassins Lobby.” Says audience should applaud that “joke.”
Says he is tired about hearing about the 2nd Amendment and the Constitution. I’s just a vice, it’s not good for you or anyone else. Jokes about Palin.
Complains we love guns, just a very armed country, with a lot of crazy people. Says it is our “fantasy a**f**k” to be able to stop someone.
Demands Dems reclaim gun issue. Right wing thinks it would be fun to kill the people you disagree with. Gets pissed audience doesn’t agree with him on that.
Right wingers are irrational and armed to begin with. Asks who goes to gun shows? Who was for the war in Iraq?
Dems need to reclaim Patriotism. Say it is patriotic…to pay taxes, wanting health care for every American, supporting our troops (by getting them out of these pointless stalemates) and stopping people from carrying assault rifles in public.

I wonder if he has a body guard and if so if they are packing. Like Rosie she is against guns but her body guards carry them to protect her because as we all know she is more important than the rest of us or at least in her mind she is.
Bill Maher, like all libs, would be much more happier if the criminals (like this guy) could operate freely and without fear in a world where the law abiding are disarmed.
But Bill however himself would either carry or have security who did.

Is Maher even aware that Giffords is a strong supporter of the 2nd amendment? And bragged about it on her website?
It’s funny he went after Newt for comparing Obama to the Nazis and Soviets and the enemy.
It was actually Pres Obama who used the word enemies in reference to Republicans and called on his hispanic supporters to punish them.
It was actually Sen Durbin, #2 in the Dem Sen leadership who compared the US military to the Nazis, the Soviets, and Khmer Rouge
Did he miss all the Bush=Hitler signs at the anti-war rallies? There’ve been plenty of Palin=Hitler signs as well.
He’s had Al Sharpton on his show many times. Has he ever said anything about the Rev inciting progroms in New York? Whipping up anti-white sentiment with Tawana Brawley?
Has he ever seen the anti G8 protests. Was he aware of all the police needed in Toronto this summer to defend against left wing violence?
Is he aware of the discovery channel hostage taker? The threats against Rep Cantor? The death threats against Gov Palin?
Did Maher have anything to say about that?
Jay should have asked him “Bill, how about calling the American people cowards after 9/11? Was that patriotic?”
Given that “vitriolic political speech” caused this death by firearms, I believe that Maher and the other leftists are targeting the wrong Amendment...
We should not repeal/rescind/reject the 2nd, we should eliminate the 1st. After all, it was free speech that caused this nutjob to use his firearm, right?

The mentally deranged Loughner could have carried out his mayhem using a motor vehicle or a bomb. The details of Loughner’s psychoses don’t matter to Maher. Maher’s just another opportunist taking advantage of the Tucson massacre to further his Left-wing agenda.
