It’s two days after the shooting. Surely, the FBI doesn’t want to screw up this case. I bet they have a warrant.

The FBI didn't get a search warrant?

FBI agents working on the Gabrielle Giffords shooing encountered trouble gaining entry to the suspect’s family home Monday morning.
Family members of Jared Loughner apparently had put on 4-by-4 double-thick plywood that blocked access to the front porch of their north Tucson home.
At about 12:25 p.m., agents began banging on the blockade, yelling, “This is the FBI. Let us in.”
Some agents were sent behind the house, and they were able to get inside after talking to family members.
It’s not immediately clear why the Loughner family had put up the blockade, but there were reports of at least one media representative who had gotten to the yard of the family home earlier in the day. Loughner remains in custody and has an appearance in federal court later Monday.
Can you imagine what the shooter’s defense attorney would do if FBI entered w/out warrant. If this guy is guilty, he could use the technicality to walk.
So how did the FBI agent know about the envelope in the safe, saying “I planned”, “assassination”, “Giffords”, and Loughner’s presumed signature - in time for it to make it into his affidavit filed with the official charges?
Let me guess. Sheriff Dupnik just happened to have it in his pocket and claimed it was from the safe?
Somebody on Rush today was from AZ and said that Loughner didn’t live with his parents.
Seems like the story is constantly shifting. Only the Lord knows what’s real at this point.
It is a fed investigation I would think they could get a warrant for this case in a nano second. Big Sis and Holder on speed dial.
But wait a minute... Holder refused to call the Ft Hood shooter a terrorist it has already been reported the FBI said this kid will most likely be tried as a ‘domestic terrorist’ So maybe WHO KNOWS; the loon bin kid will be retaining Holder and Obama as lawyers? They won’t let him go to the yacht club bad bad Gtmo.
