With at least 58 percent of the American public now questioning Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to serve as president – and still only getting ridiculed by the major media – some are turning to civil disobedience in one form or another.

The 'noose is tightening' (figuratively speaking!) of Obama's constitutional eligibility to hold the office of POTUS. 'Journalists like Brian Williams (not to mention 'conservative' pundits like Hugh Hewitt and Michael Medved) will have to answer for their complicity in this greatest of all frauds perpetrated on the American people.

Nothing will happen before 2012. The way to make something happen is to force 0's hand for 2012. Give him a way out, let him take it.

You don't circle an enemy that you want to be rid of. Offer an avenue of escape.

Get *any* state legislature to approve changes requiring proof of eligibility for the office. He'll cite Republicans in Congress, being too tired, the toll on his kids, something, but he'll walk away.

Or he'll be dumb enough to fight it in court.
