"From February to September 2010, Loughner had five contacts with PCC police for classroom and library disruptions at Northwest and West campuses. On September 29, 2010, College police discovered on YouTube a Loughner-filmed video made at Northwest Campus. In the video, he claims that the College is illegal according to the U.S. Constitution, and makes other claims.
"Working with legal counsel, College administration issued a letter of immediate suspension on September 29, 2010. That evening, two police officers delivered the letter of suspension to the student at his and his parents residence and spoke with the student and his parents.

His parents? I hope, for the sake of the sh!tstorm that’s about to descend upon them, that they did every thing they could to get this whacko some help.
What happened to, “If you see something, say something”? The college knew he was nuts.
(Emphasis mine)
I saw on TV tonight Loughner tried to join the Army but was rejected. Due to the Privacy Act the Army refuses to say why but I think it’s obvious.
wow, great post of info.
The guy is a pothead (spoken by several sources). I suspect the Army was willing to overlook some past usage but he wasn’t about to quit and they won’t overlook that fact. I’d make the judgement that he was probably a daily smoker for at least five years.
Here is the link to the code of conduct. The one provided in the story is not working.

I saw one quote that said, ‘he didn’t make it past the urinalysis’. which would jive with his arrest for drug possession in 2007.
Going to college for me was a long time ago, however, one would have had to been obviously dangerous and bordering on insane to be denied access to the school grounds.
“He is a 22 year old man, his parents are no longer responsible for his actions.”
That may be true, legally. I couldn’t let my young 20’s kids go around acting nuts.
And the school had his parents at the meeting so there must be some sort of responsibility still.
Exactly....
Now we know why the bad Sheriff in town is deflecting already.....!
Your welcome....
Finally we get at least some info worth reading!
The fun part will soon come when we find out what Pima Community College saw Loughner do or say that made them tell Loughner that he needed to get a mental health eval before being readmitted. I’m sure a short YouTube video saying the college was “illegal” was not the driving factor behind the mental health eval recommendation.
Interesting the Time line doesn’t make sense unless the school made him delete the videos.
The school discovers the video critical of the school and constitution on Sept. 29th but according to YouTube that video wasn’t posted Nov. 30th.
The creepy burning the flag video that he listed as a favorite was posted on Oct. 2nd. We still don’t know if that was him in the video.
His parents meet the school on Oct. 4th.
Creates a youtube Channel on Oct. 25th and starts putting up videos on Nov. 22nd.
However, according to Barry, they are responsible for his healthcare until he's 28. LOL!
I’d put my money on schizophrenic. Everything else; politics, drugs, drinking, whatever, is meaningless.
Also I would assume the one still on line is a response to what happened and not the one that instigated the suspension.
