Linda Lopez (AZ State Senator) just blamed the TEA PARTY for Gifford Shooting

Interviewed via phone on FOX NEWS with Shepard Smith, Linda Lopez said the TEA PARTY attacked Giffords, and had terrible words to say about her...essentially blaming the TEA PARTY for her shooting.

I notice the reporters don’t mention the long history of liberal violence. Like the recruiting office bombing or was that a shooting. That was pretty recent.

I listened to the entire interview with Lopez about this tragic horror on Fox News and heard no implication of the sort. What did stand out was an earlier interview with one of their male reporters apparently stationed in AZ, Scott Mc?, who was reporting on the fact that a gun was used and concluded that it must have been an “automatic weapon”....FOX, if your dumb reporters don’t know anything about guns, EDUCATE THEM!!!!

Folks, if those on the obscene left want to politicize what happened to Mrs.Giffords (She is the wife of an astronaut and the mother of two children as well as a daughter of loving and frightened parents) then let them stain their lives and reputations by doing so. There were multiple victims and fatalities. Please, let us behave honorably and avoid getting into the gutter with those who are now vilifying us and anyone who opposes them.

It’s likely a fake. I searched Facebook when I first saw the name surface on Twitter - no pages found on either of the variants of the spelling of his name that came across Twitter... later, things show up. I’m not trusting the validity of that page at all.

They have never had any proof of the things they’ve accused the tea party of doing. Giffords went on the local PBS station to accuse us of “inciting riots” and wearing swastikas.

They accused us of breaking her window.

They tried to say the guy who dropped a gun at the Safeway in Douglas was out to kill her.

They — just today — were saying our campaign signs in ‘10 drove someone to do it.

I’m so over the lies coming out of her office all these years — and the lies continually repeated by the leftist media, and that includes Faux News.

I want to vomit over the whole thing.

The important bits of your comment can be easily read and understood without all of the emotion and shouting you’ve put in. Calm down FRiend...it’s not good for your stability, your caps key or your typing finger.

The comments on the Huff’nPuff Post and on other similar sites were quick to assign blame to “The **&^&%& Tea Bagg—s”, “The &^%^&&^!** Right Wingers”, “Conservatives” among others, most of which describe me and my most liked and respected friends.

Many of the reports on Fox mentioned the Tea Party and some mentioned it in a less than complimentary manner, comments that I did hear.

What I didn’t hear was anything like this exchange:

FOX: “So who do you think is behind this, Senator Lopez?”

LOPEZ: “I blame members of The Tea Party”

If you have any clips of or links to the Lopez interviews in which she specifically blames the Tea Party for the shootings, please post them. I’ll watch them again and if I’m wrong, you’ll be the very first to receive my posted apology.
